    We were guests of a long term residence with intention of relocating to 1407 Saint Elizabeth street in Wilmington. My pregnant girlfriend and I were assured mold was removed from area prior to our arrival.
    Our daughter was born in the apartment and we began to notice signs. Her breathing was heavy and her skin began breaking out. I purchased a carpet cleaner because the managing company refused to clean or remove. Upon cleaning the carpet we discovered mold growing on the back wall behind furniture and in closet behind and on clothes.
    Upon discovering we immediately contacted pabian management and a mold testing company. Two strains were found in dangerous amounts creating an uninhabitable environment.

    This person was never a tenat of ours. The tenant living there did not complain of mold but did tell use of dirty moldy clothing in a pile of the closet. That was cleaned up by tenant and we have had no problems since
