      I reached out to them about buying my iPhone 14 pro Max. MY phone was unlocked and in flawless condition. For real flawless too. I did an online quote with them. They offered me an amount that was fair being as though I waited until after getting my Iphone15 pro so the market conditions changed. I opted to have them mail me out a mailer and label. In a couple of days my return bubble envelope arrived. In the past they had sent me a small cardboard box. This was a significant downgrade. I imagine a massive cost savings for them though and in that I apple them for taking the step. It's hard to keep a small business open. I packaged my device in its original box and opted to include my own packing supplies to ensure my device arrived in the condition I sent it. As you can imagine, it's nerve racking just mailing out a device that has such value. I was trippin. After a few days Kiara reached out to let me know they had received the device. Gave me an operating window of 5-7 business days to look at the device and make sure it matched with what I placed. I emailed once more and was responded to very quickly. They confirmed their original offer and processed the payment via direct bank transfer. It took 3 days for the money to show up in my checking account. Everything they said they would do they did. They were fair and prompt in their service. I have done two transactions with this same team and will happily continue to give them my business. Great job whomever needs to hear it over there. Thank you

      GadgetGone is truly in a league of their own. I have been selling with them for over 8 years and every single transaction has been flawless since day one. Their customer service is top notch. They are quick to review devices, respond to questions, and send payment. They are honest in everything they do. There have even been a few occasions where they offered me MORE than I was quoted because the device was in better condition than I thought.       i ACCEPTED OFFER FOR $170 FOR MINT CONDITION IPHONE X.
      THEY CONFIRMED TRANSACTION DAYS LATER FOR $164. UPON RECEIPT THEY OFFERED $47. THEN $69 THEN $75 BECAUSE THEY CLAIMED SCREEN WAS AFTERMARKET. IN FACT, SCREEN REPLACED BY APPLE AUTHORIZED SERVICE CENTER, BEST BUY--NOT AN AFTERMARKET! I HAD PHONE RETURNED TO ME.
