Every step of the process was exactly as described on the website: ******************************************** it's a small sample size (1 Samsung Galaxy A54 that was in fact in "Like New" condition) the entire process was precisely as described on the website.       I have sold two smartphones and a tablet to GadgetGone and not only was the transaction quick and effortless but they were very fair and honest. In fact, they rated the item higher than I thought (Good to Flawless) and paid me the higher value!
