      MÜV had agreed to pay per contract the damaged done to some furniture during the delivery. (Broken Chair, broken 3 glass shelfs of 1/2 inch thick and broken china hutch)
      The verbal agreement was done with me via phone call by Matt, Owner of the company. After waiting more than 3 months my wife made a call and complained to Matt about the delayed and she expressed some frustration. I believe this was the reason for Matt to refuse the reimbursement.
