    Deceptive business practices and no transparency I signed a contract with Teatree International under misleading terms and was never informed clearly of the cancellation process. Despite my attempts to cancel, they proceeded with aggressive collection efforts via ***************************, harming my credit unjustly. I filed complaints with the ****, ***, and state authorities. I strongly advise others to avoid this company and report similar experiences.

This cancellation followed multiple documented attempts from our team to contact you regarding the overdue balance, none of which received a response. As stipulated in the signed agreement, while the membership was terminated, the promissory note linked to the financing remains active and was subsequently transferred to *************************** for ************* this time, we have no record in our system of a formal cancellation request or supporting correspondence from you.     This purchased was made over 2 years ago from The Playa Collection. We were **** into buying membership program that is full of promises that is not true. In order to booked for a travel I would have to do so via *** which was never discussed during the presentation. The website The Playa Collection seem to be only a front for this scheme everything else was through ***. Ive been paying off membership fee since 2022 until recently I put a stopped payment. Several times I asked for cancellation which was never explain in detail. I kept getting referred to the clauses if I recall correctly I was advised I can cancel any time. Now I am being threatened that this will affect my credit score. Shame on me for putting up with the scam until I can no longer pay it off. The membership program is VERY MISLEADING To anyone reading this please beware if its too good to be true its a scam.

    I purchased a membership with Playa Collection while in ****** last week. I did not want to purchase it, however I felt very pressured and got a little scared as I was followed to my room to get my credit card to buy this vacation deal. Once I returned with staff following me and they processed payment. and reviewed documents with me , They informed me that the ***** Vacation I was to be able to use at any time had to be used in one year. They also were to give me transportation to the airport yesterday and the transportation never showed up. My husband and I had to be helped by the Hotel itself. They also told us that the Hilton, ****** and ************ worldwide were part of this collection. Once reading over the emailed documents It seems to be ****** ******* . I was very afraid and they even had me sign paperwork that I was under no pressure and was not afraid. How can you not be afraid!.

    We purchased a membership with Playa Collection while in Cancun. We were sold a website that looks like Travelocity. However, What we were sold is not what we received; We were sold a website "Playa Collection" that promised endless opportunities for vacationing at many Hotels/Resorts, including the Caribbean Resorts for Hilton, Hyatt, and the Wyndham. This “website” would have been for the 10 years of the contract. In the process of selling us a membership. We were really looking forward to using this membership and I’m saddened to say this was a scam. Once we received our login information, we realized it shows a website for RCI and The Playa Collection, 2 separate websites that does not have anything to do with one another. I reached out to one of the representatives that sold this membership to us in Cancun, and she stated that it’s 2 separate website and to call customer service. I explained to her that they did not tell us about RCI, and I didn’t understand why there were 2 sites when we were only told of the one website which they called Playa Collection. Moreover, we were falsely told that we would have a $2,000 rebate per year ($500 per person) for traveling as a family each time we traveled to one of your resorts in the Caribbean. Now, we are receiving a document that needs to be signed and returned with a payment of about $1,400.00 for Flyback. This document states that we would only get $500.00 per owner which doesn’t add up to the $2,000 we were told! Again, this was sold to us as one of the benefits Playa Collection offered for being a member. We emailed the representative back from Flyback, and she stated that we needed to pay, or we will not be enrolled in the Flyback program. Again, this was to be a part of the “Playa Collection Membership” and now we’re finding out it’s a 3rd party company and is not affiliated with Playa Collection. We have been contacting them for a month and half with no response.
