  I called Universal Translation Services and asked how long it would take to translate ONE page (my birth certificate).I was asked to submit my birth certificate for review. After I did, I received a confirmation that my document would be translated in 24 hours. Based on that information I placed an order and received confirmation that "project is in progress" and estimated delivery date was the next day.Four days have passed and I have not received the translation, and I never heard back from them, so I had to call Project Manager ***** ****** who sent me the confirmation email. She was very unpleasant and extremely unprofessional. First she put me on hold while she was checking my case, and then told me she COULD NOT find my document! I reminded her that I sent it four days ago, and that she personally confirmed that shed received it. She kept repeating that she couldnt find it, and the only way for me to get the translation would be to send my document again!! I told her that its Friday afternoon, and if I dont have the translation Id be late with the immigration service. She said that nothing could be done until I send the document again. AND THEN SHE HANG UP on me. Later that day I received an email (this time not signed) telling me that they have found my document and will have it translated. It took another two days of waiting. It was a week after placing my order that I finally got the translation.The kind of service (or rather dis-service) that Universal Translation Services provide is exceedingly late, disorganized, below any acceptable level, and moreover the staff (their so-called Project Manager) was incredibly arrogant, impolite and rude. Needless to say, I will not use their service in the future and I will let all my friends know.

  If I could give them a 0. They promise quick delivery so you can purchase their quote. Then translated my doc into the wrong language. It's been 2 weeks since their error and I am still waiting for the correct translation. Their communication is a joke. I asked for a refund but reading some of the reviews below that may be another challenge. Avoid them, there are much stronger translation agencies out there.

  For my lawyer for immigration I needed to have a certified translation. They did a perfect job, next day I got it in my email. Recommended and I will contact them again in case I need a certified translation again.

  Their translations are comical. Definitely not done by a certified HUMAN translator. Will not give me a refund and it's been a month and I am still waiting on my documents. AVOID THEM!

  Trying to charge extra money after paid for the first quote,they don't honor the time they give you. they dont try to fix the issues with your translations. i regred dealing with them and wasting my time. i tried to speak to them 4 times already and been waiting for over one week to get the transaltion which is not done yet !

  I am writing this review to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the services provided by Universal Translation Services USA, LLC. The entire experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. Firstly, the quality of the translation Spanish to English was abysmal. It was riddled with mistakes, and despite numerous attempts to correct them, the same errors were repeated over and over again. It seemed as though the translators lare not experienced translators (they used the word 'qualifications' to translate the Spanish word 'calificaciones' which almost all native English speakers know that the correct translation would have been TRANSCRIPTS. Furthermore, the inefficiency and time-consuming nature of the process were incredibly frustrating. I had to continuously chase after the team to receive the translations, and even then, I would receive outdated versions filled with errors. It is appalling that it took the company approximately two months to translate a mere four pages, consisting of two certificates and two transcripts (no full text pages). To make matters worse, seems that the staff displayed a complete lack of competence when it came to using basic software such as Microsoft Word. The formatting of the documents was a disaster, with text misaligned and inconsistent throughout. As a native Spanish Speaker, I must mention the abysmal customer service I experienced in Spanish. The representatives I interacted with were unhelpful, unresponsive, and demonstrated a complete disregard for my concerns and frustrations. To stop the nightmare, I had to beg at the end to get the service done. Anyways, I have to say that the customer service and project manager English Speakers help me a lot at the very end. Sorry to write this review but my experience with Universal Translation Services has been nothing short of a nightmare. Lack of professionalism, poor quality translations, inefficient processes, and terrible customer service have left me deeply dissatisfied.
