      This app forces you to give a star, they need an upgrade for -10 stars. This company offers the WORST translation service that I've seen in my life. I had a bad feeling since I ask for the quote. It was about $500, so we decided to excluded a document, and the new quote was higher. Less documents higher price. We tried again and the final quote was $10 less than the first. However, I needed the translations and approved this quote. The translations were sent on time, but I should say that it if they were made by a person, this person never has written in English in his life. There were words that does not exist in English, and the mistakes were massive. I believe that ****** translate could make it better. Eleven documents with errors that were beyond of the reasonable typos or mistakes. Any consideration about date format. We asked for a refund and they said that they never turn money back despite the translation are worthless and the time that you waste reviewing every single word and trying to find an answer. They said that my translation will be assigned to an experienced translator. That means that the previous was a rookie or a ****** translate website. I spent a whole day highlighting all the mistakes, and despite the complaint they never turned the money back. The final translations were sent 2 weeks later, but definitely I'm not going to waste more time on reviewing them and continuing this endless cycle. I believe that all these good reviews are because people get fascinated for the fast translation and cheap price, but they really do not understand the language that documents are translated into.

      I cannot recommend this company enough. For being able to help me on such short notice and not compromise on quality nor charging me extra for fast delivery. If you need a certified translation yesterday, go to this company. They will help you and not overcharge you.

      This company is incredible. I was in a rush trying to get my document translated and certified last minute. I found their website and used their chat to ask for a quote. They made sure to get me the quote within minutes- surprised by how quick they were, and I quickly placed the order with the guarantee of having the translation ready the next day. And they did. They delivered on their promise, and I had the translation certified as well. Everything looked good and it did not look rushed, which I was scared of. The certified translation looked professional and almost identical to the document.

      I needed to have a certified translation for USCIS and found Universal Translation Services online. They advertise with guaranteed USCIS acceptance, low prices and fast delivery. I was hesitant at first and talked to them via chat on their website. I spoke with *****, who was excellent, very helpful, and answered all my questions promptly. Customer service is great from these guys. He helped me, kept me updated and I received my certified translation via email and USCIS accepted it without a hitch. Cannot be more thankful. If I ever need a certified translation again, I will be coming back to them. The customer service, professionalism, and price you pay
