      I have had BW Property Management ************ for a couple of years and had only a couple of issues that were immediately resolved when I contacted them however I have been attempting to cancel this service since 3/19 and have received no response and I thankfully I was home today (5/9) to stop the contractor from providing service as I explained that I have requested cancellation several times. I initiated my request via text to the property manager ******* on 3/19; did not receive a response and received service the month of April. The website states to contact them prior to the next billing cycle which is the 9th of every month and being I contacted the property manager on 3/19 - I did not expect service in the month of April. All of April I continued to contact all the phone numbers, email addresses, ******** message, and chatbots with no response only ticket numbers (F8HSV, NUO3F, HYA2L) that have not been addressed as the contractors appeared today!

      I've complained to John (service provider hired by BidWilly) about this for years. I've complained to the owner of BidWilly recently over the last 9 days or so in back and forth leading no where texts. I also complained to the owner years ago after trying to resolve the issue with John. I told John I caught him not cutting my grass multiple times when he claimed he did for years. He probably cuts my yard, and typically doing a terrible job at that, roughly 70% of the time he claims to. I complained to him quite a few times and he does a little passable work then back to old ways. I told him I would let it slide now and again if he didn't let it go too far. He didn't want me to report his negligence to BidWilly. Again, I didn't expect much. I have set the bar very, very low. I just want my yard mowed and sides trimmed. I don't ask for edging. My yard typically takes 10 minutes (yes, only 10 minutes!) for them from the time they park to the time they drive off. I've timed them multiple times. I don't care if a few small patches are missed as long as the next time they are mowed and trimmed. I ask very little. I want no overgrowth or obvious neglect.

      I ask very little, and in return as a paying customer, I don't want to have to complain about overgrowth or my lawn not being serviced when I'm sent notice from the company I pay that it was done. Clearly it isn't done and I'm home all day many of the times at that! I don't want to deal with my yard at all. That's the point. John took advantage of my kindness and that's it. There was never a break in service since 2015 and I have not planted any new plants or trees since day 1 either. My yard was neglected and now I have overgrowth that BidWilly doesn't want to deal with unless I pay extra. This company, including contractors supplied by BidWilly, did not service my yard for weeks at all. And certain sides of my lawn hasn't been mowed or trimmed in many months! Yet, they still take my money every month.

      I have been contacting the owner Solomon via Text, Chat, Email and Phone. Not one response. Daisy was the only one to respond but couldn't help me because she is now assigned to housekeeping and that's understandable. I been requesting Solomon to have my services terminated with his organization due to Financial Hardship since I'm on Social Security Disability and I'm a Cardiac Patient that is currently on constant care. I have also sent proof via text and emails of all communication. I have attempted communicating with Solomon and still after weeks of trying to get in touch, My Attempts have been ignored and I am still receiving messages that I owe fees and Late fees that I owe when I stopped services in time before I was supposed to be billed. I even had to send a crew back because, they were about to cut my grass because, no one in the office ever told them that I no longer want to be a customer.
      This situation is causing unnecessary stress which is putting my health at risk because they are irresponsible in managing their business correctly.

      I requested to stop lawn service at my property the end of May, 2022. My house was listed for sale and I no longer need the lawn service. It is now sold and BW Management is still sending lawn service to my house. I have requested to cancel the service at least 10 times. I have emailed them, texted them, left messages for Solomon, etc., etc. and I cannot get a response. I received a text message from the new owners even saying they didn't request the service. I currently have two months of invoices showing up on my account but I shouldn't because I requested a cancellation months ago. I don't know how else to get this company to cancel my service.

      I read a complaint from January 2022 and it s similar to what I'm experiencing for the last 2 months. I kept getting email/text bill about service, and I replied via the same methods requesting to cancel service. I even got on their website to do so but same frustrating, helpless, and endless prompts that took place. Example of some contacts that took place recently : 7/6, got email/text bill (period 7/10-8/9) from BW, I responded to request cancel, got an email/text about getting inline for chatting to get live help, but when I clicked on the pop up, filled out asked info, I got emails about tickets being generated, yet no response what so ever from anyone addressing the request, then Monday 7/18 I got a text bill/email bill again, Tuesday I replied to ask to cancel again, but still nothing happened, then Friday 7/22 I got an email saying service was made on my property but I was home the whole time and didn't see no-one came, my lawn looked the same as yesterday! So basically I kept getting a generated chat pop up, then I would fill out the requested information, again and again, getting emails saying tickets have been generated but yet no helpful response from the owner confirming the approval/denial of my request. And then I would keep receiving bills afterward/ and false claim that service was done!!
      This is wrong! BW has caused lots of headaches, worrying and frustration to me. I'm 70 years old, my husband My Pham (the account is under his name) just passed away in January. I don't need this kind of stress. Pls help me get this to BW and they need to change the way of communication or they don't deserve the title BBB. They need to cancel our service and stop coming to our property!

      The last service for this account was 7/22. The client also has a $0 balance due. Appears some clients maybe a little confused on how to cancel services via their portal which is the reason for this issue. We will try and communicate to everyone the steps again.
