    I was lucky if the team showed up 2 days a week. When they did, they were pulled off the job. Over 90 days into the work and had to request a refund as no one was showing up. Multiple calls and texts over the 3 months, unresponsive.

    The refund has not been issued to me and James W******* (Owner) is not answering calls or texts.

    My home was left with multiple hazards on the property (holes, exposed foundation to name a few). They would leave very unsafe conditions regularly even though they are supposed to mark\tape off the hazards or backfill immediately.

    The company is Not licensed to perform new installations for irrigation which is what I was sold but was never completed, many additional items on the work order were also not completed.

    I was not informed that the company was unlicensed when the work was agreed to and the down payment was provided, nor were any of the proper permits acquired. Any subsequent work will likely have to remove the partial installations prior to being able to remedy the situation.
