    I received a ripped, unstuffed Level 4 King sized comforter shoved into a tiny box. There is ZERO customer support available. The phone number provided only goes to more recorded messages telling you to go to their website. Their website does not work - nothing would send. The comforter I spent $300 on was garbage. There is no way to talk to anyone, I tried everything. My only recourse is sending it back and letting them STEAL $12.99 for the shipping. They will charge you for taking back their damaged, bad product. I would have considered a replacement but the way this place is run, NO WAY. Do not buy from Pacific Coast Feather! The product I got was garbage and they made me pay to get rid of it. STAY AWAY.

    Dear *******,I'm sorry to hear that your comforter was defective. Of course we will not deduct the return shipping fee of $12.99 for orders that are defective. I see that your order is on the way back to us and is due to be delivered on 12/6/2022. A refund will be processed back to the credit card used for the purchase.
