Made an order 6/2/2023 and have been given ************** like everyone else. I just want what I ordered and was told it was shipped 7/5/2023 after emailing multiple times. Family member ordered the exact same day and finally received their order 6/26/2023 after emailing multiple times but I still dont have my stuff. Even paid for the shipping protection to make sure I got it. It is 7/14/2023 and the tracking information says its en route to DHL or awaiting processing I cant get a response from them because their email is supposedly full so Im resulting to this. I placed an order on 6/13/23 and never received an order processing or shipment email, zero response to my requests for an update and no response to my message cancelling my order. That cancellation email was sent on 6/27/23. On 7/7/23 the item was apparently shipped and I received a response on 7/10/23 that my order had been shipped and a refund/cancellation was not possible. The fact is, it was possible at the time I requested it simply because the order had not yet been processed or shipped. I am rejecting this response because: Grill Rescue stated on a phone call that Grill Rescue would e-mail me a return shipping label. I sent a follow-up e-mail to Grill Rescue on the same day as the phone call regarding their failure to e-mail me a return shipping label. I called Grill Rescue again and was informed that Grill Rescue does not offer return shipping labels. In an e-mail, Grill Rescue told me to write "return to sender" on the package. I took the package to my local post office and confirmed with the post master that I was able to write "return to sender" and sent the item back to Grill Rescue. I sent a follow-up e-mail to Grill Rescue the same day confirming the package was returned to sender. Grill Rescue does not provide return shipping labels.

My credit card company handled this matter because Grill Rescue was unable to do so and kept giving me the run around. The funds have been returned to my credit card company so there are no remaining issues. Grill Rescue is the worst business I have ever done online shopping with. I do not recommend purchasing from Grill Rescue.

I placed an order on www.grillrescue.com. I bought 2 grill brushes for $80. Here is the record of emails/responses.1. Order placed on 6/8 2. Heard nothing from organization, so on 6/16 I reached out and asked what was taking so long to ship.3. On 6/16 got a generic email response about how many orders theyve had and how busy they were and for me to be patient.4.
