I ordered this product on 5/29/2023. I was told shipping would happen within 3-5 days. Its been over a month and this product is clearly lost during shipping. Which I understand is not the companys fault necessarily. But they are refusing to refund me for never receiving the product. I ordered jun 2nd and paid priority shipping. Said ships next day. It was a father's day promo. It took 24 days s to receive it. I just got it this week. The **** label is just a regular label. Product has been ordered in May it will be July in a couple weeks. They do not respond to anything. You cannot get a tracking number because they have not even shipped it yet. They have you pay extra for expedited shipping and it never ships. I found others with orders since ***** and March and still nothing. They need to refund all customers immediately and shut down operations. They keep marketing all over the socials, but deliver nothing. Since my order I have seen Memorial Day, Fathers Day, and Independence Day ads. It is littered with commenters and customers who havent received so much as an email as to what is going on with the orders.Business Response

We were promised next day shipping, so we could receive it by Fathers Day. Next day shipping did not happen. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I do not want to pursue this further because I dont have the time. I will be awaiting the 20% refund promised in the businesss response.Though I am ok with resolving the complaint, it should be noted that this company ignored my request to cancel and refund the order after it was not shipped on time as promised. This is unacceptable behavior, and I hope that others will see the complaints and choose not to support this business.

Order GR340693 was ordered on June 8th, I formally requested this order be canceled on June 18th as it had not yet shipped, I requested cancellation again on June 19th and requested confirmation of cancelation on June 21st. After each request I received what seemed like an automated response completely ignoring my request to cancel this order. Finally on June 23rd I received a response saying that my order could not be canceled because it had already shipped. I ordered some product from Rescue Grill on 6/4/2023. I contacted them on 6/13/2023 to inquire about the delivery date. I get a response that due to high volume of orders they will ship shortly. I again contact them on 6/22/2023 and get the same response along with that they don't have one of the items ordered and can they substitute for something else. I inform them that I would like to cancel my order and have my credit card refunded. They have not responded to my email. After looking at several reviews on the BBB website it seems everyone gets the same generic reply regarding why they are not getting orders out to their customers.Business Response

Ordered from grill rescue on June 9th 2023, when you email, call company, they give you generic email about your order, never talking about your order number, when you call, they say they answer fast, what happens, goes straight to voice mail, leave message. Requested refund through PayPal.When you do get a response, it's we are sorry, but shipping is delayed. On their website now, shows delayed shipping.I believe this is a drop shipping company.If you read all the wonderful reviews, you start seeing upset customers who still haven't received their product.Business Response
