      On 1-9-2023 I signed a request to have my appliances covered by ***** Home Warranty. I have faithfully paid your Monthly $60. charges to date. ($1,140.00).On 1-27-25 I placed a call for service of my GE Range/Oven. The Convection Oven was not reaching or maintaining the set temperature. An appointment was set for 2-1-25, between 8:am and 5:***** 11:am on the First, the appointment was cancelled and rescheduled for ********* 10:30 on the Fifth, the appointment was cancelled and rescheduled for ********** that time I advised *****:If this appointment on the 13th is cancelled, I will be reporting you to the Better Business Bureau, I will be cancelling my Contract and I will be disputing my $100 Deductible Credit Card Payment on 1-27-25.They still have not sent a repair man and I am without an oven.This is a disgrace. They are using the ***** name to perpetrate a fraud.

      Terrible customer service with no ability to provide human intervention when the system fails. Our washer was not working properly and they assigned a vendor and ordered a part immediately, without having ever seen our unit. The appointment was scheduled and the vendor never made contact or showed. After many attempts to contact the vendor and explaining the situation to Cinch, they sent a “new vendor” which ended up being a distributor that assigned the same vendor. Same thing happened. Cinch refused to return the $150 deposit because a part had been ordered for the job, despite never being out to our home to diagnose the issue. They also could not find a different provider in the area and said we could choose one of our but there is a complicated process for approvals. After already waiting half a month, we turned down that option and had no faith they would actually reimburse the expenses from an alternate vendor. Customer service ran us in circles as we continually explained they never sent anyone to our property. We were penalized for their error in ordering a part. We canceled our warranty. No faith that they actually will work for us when they can’t hold up their own end of the contract and take our money anyway.

      Cinch Home Warranty Service,I am writing to formally express my frustration and disappointment regarding the handling of my service request for my washing ********** this point, multiple failed appointments and inadequate communication.Cinch claims to value its customers, but my experience has demonstrated otherwise. I expect a prompt response and resolution.

      ***** I have been without heat for over a month now. Their customer ********************** is absolutely terrible. I have rescheduled 3 times getting my heating system replaced due to them ordering the wrong parts. They blamed it on the service provider, not knowing I was given the heads up that they were known to do that when its a high dollar job. I asked to do a three way call with all parties to find out solution for the issues. Cinch refused and placed me on hold and told me they spoke with the service provider. While I was on hold the service provider called and said they were waiting to be contacted. Cinch lied and contacted no one. When the service provider called them to inquire about the parts so they could complete the install. They informed them that the part was on back order and they dont know when it will be available. Service provider told them they needed to contact me with that information. They were not willing to do that and told the service provider to reach out. Even blamed service provider for ordering the wrong parts I will not stop leaving reviews until people are made aware of their unprofessional service. The professional thing to do is Figure out an alternative solution. I have been in a cold house with temperatures in the teens. Enough is enough.

      Absolutely the worst service Ive experienced with any company. My refrigerator was off for two months and the soonest they could get here was 8 days from the day I called. No such thing as a sooner appointment!! Imagine spoiled food and a million fruit flies and larvae throughout.

      Long waiting times. Took forever to replace my gas oven which was replaced with an electric oven costing me $1000 to run a 220 volt to my electrical panel, and $100 to a plumber to cut off the gas connection. Gas boiler not working as of 11/22/24 and its now 1/28/25. I had to relocate. One subcontractor recommended a new a new boiler but Cinch didnt like the recommended so the job was reassigned to another subcontractor, who has yet to contact me. I cant wait any longer so I decided to get a new boiler of which Cinch would not reimburse stating it was unauthorized.

      Very hard to connect with customer **********************. Yes, you can file a claim online, but if there are special circumstances that you need to relay to them, you are almost out of luck. Called last week, was disconnected 7 times! Then when the call did go through, it took practically ******************************************************************************* the middle of a claim now, waiting since Thursday (it's Monday now) for them to research whether or not they can get the needed part. Hey, it's just a furnace in the middle of winter...Going online to check the status, doesn't help. Don't know if they're just slow or they don't update. Just got cut off again on my 2nd call today, after talking with someone for over 5 minutes--they have my info but didn't even bother to call me back so now I have to go thru the whole voice mail system again! My advice is to go with a different company, because these people ****.

      Please don't ever work with this company, ever. I submitted a claim about pumping my septic. They never provided a vendor so they send me an email to find my own vendor, which I did. I had the guy come to the house and waited for their approval, which it never did because as soon as I submitted the claim they denied it saying the guy was already working at the house since he was at the house. However, he was waiting for their approval. This is the second, same experience I had with an AC issue. They had me work with case manager who just does not listen and repeats the same thing over and over until you find yourself pulling your hair. I will never ever work with his company again.

      COMPLETE SCAM! **** this company my money for a year, filed one claim for my broken dryer, paid $120 for the appointment, only to have them cancel it the day of service. They gave me an option for another appointment that was TWO WEEKS away so I called - they couldn't find anyone else. So I'm just supposed to wait three weeks without a dryer, I have one day off a week to get my house and laundry in order, going back and forth to the laundromat eats a lot of time. I can't wait that long so I order a new dryer. I call them to try and get some kind of reimbursement and nothing because I didn't wait the three weeks for a tech to diagnose the issue. THIS IS A VERY COMMON TACTIC FOR WARRANTY COMPANIES TO NOT PAY OUT! THIS COMPANY IS 100% ****. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

      I've had the same horrible experience as everyone else who has left a 1 star review. The bottom line is that Cinch falls very short of providing the type of acceptable service customers feel they are paying for. My children and I have been without a working furnace for 26 days in single digit temps. The *** for getting the furnace fixed gets further away with every inquiry I make. The level of dissatisfaction I have is unexplainable. I am beyond frustrated with the lack of urgency and care with regard to my family's safety and comfort. This is the last yr. I support them with my home warranty needs.
