I have had this home warranty for more than 4 years. I had an issue where my refrigerator stopped working on Dec 13, 2024. It has been more than 6 weeks and my refrigerator is still not fixed. They dont care about time to resolution and refused to replace the refrigerator. Im still waiting.

High price with zero service. I needed ac repair during a 100 degree heat wave. They wanted my credit card, to charge 250 dollars . Just to start a request for service. They quoted me a nine day wait until they could provide service.I had a friend do the work. Terrible company. Terrible service.

They don't have anyone to repair anything in my area. Waited 6 weeks without hot water to get them to authorize for a local guy. On the ** claim, after waiting for weeks for their guy to look and tell me they can't fix it, and then waiting for someone to come back to do nothing, I bought a new ** on my own and claim denied. Fridge broke down, same thing. Claim denied. They expect you to wait for a month or more for them to find someone to come tell you they can't fix it. They can't find local service people to work for them because they pay them so little for a service call. They should not be selling policies where they have no service people and won't pay if you get it fixed on your own.

This company is very dishonest and a complete scam. The previous home owners had purchased the home warranty for us in the event any appliances failed in the first year we moved in. Within 2 weeks of moving in, our fridge unfortunately stopped working. We called Cinch and they asked for a $200 deduction fee right off the bat before proceeding with even taking our claim. Afterwards, they sent a total of 3 servicemen over the span of 1 month who all did absolutely nothing and on top of that, we had to take off from work to be able to wait for these servicemen to arrive. They would come and leave in less than 1 minute. One ****** said they don't fix kenmore fridges. Another said the fridge was unplugged so he couldn't help. The third said the issue could be one of three things and said he would work through Cinch to order the parts. We thought things would be ok at this point. A while went by so we called Cinch to see what was going on, the first ****** we called said the parts have been ordered and Cinch will cover the cost of the parts. About 2 weeks went by and we hadn't heard anything so we called Cinch back. The second ****** we talked to said there was no record of any parts being ordered. At this point, we were fed up with them as we had gone over 1 month without a fridge. We asked to cancel the claim altogether and asked for our $200 deductible back. They said that they would not refund anything because they sent service people to our house, even though the people did absolutely nothing and performed no service on our fridge. So we ended up having to buy our own fridge and never got our $200 deductible back. Please don't let their predatory practices cost you your hard earned money. Another example of a big corporation taking advantage of people.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This company is complete and utter scam. The service providers that they pull out of their pockets is embarrassing. I wouldnt even consider them reliable companies being sent out for any appliance issue. I have been without an oven for 5 weeks. Cinch Home Services sent out a company to my home where the technician was anything but professional. He took my oven apart into millions of pieces to then declare "I can not fix this." I should have asked him if he has the proper license to be turning my gas on and off, none the less be fixing our oven. When I called to complain about the lack of service the service provider they sent me they continued to try to send another provider of the same caliber. Companies that had terrible reviews on **** and ****** or even no name providers. It wasnt until I spent over an hour on the phone with the "escalation team" where they finally provided me with a great provider who I had looked up to make sure they were accredited, licensed and had actual ****** review. I have been passed around by so many customer ********************** **** and all I am asking for is for my oven to be fixed. If I knew this would happen to first time home buyers I wouldnt have spent the money on a homeowners warranty. ***** on this company. You do the bare minimum with no issues taking a $200.00 deductible, along with monthly payments.

I am disappointed in the lack of customer ********************** they provide and the lack of care. I called on December 10th to get my washer looked at, they sent someone 2 days later. This person did not even look at the washer. He diagnosed what was going on by what my husband explained to him. The close are not rinsing because the spin cycle is not working. He said it needed a circuit board. On December 23rd someone else came and realized the wrong circuit board was requested. It is now January 14, after several calls and no help from Cinch we called the actual company that was doing the repair and was able to get someone back out and realized the first guy diagnosed the problem wrong and we really need a drain pump. Now we have to wait for that to be ordered for someone to come back out. This is ridiculous!! There is not way to complain or contact any one on the website or on my account. There are only 3 options they give you when you call the customer ********************** line and if those options do not apply it just keeps repeating. I finally get someone and they barely speak English and are no help. This place is a joke and I do not want to pay for this service any longer. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

I HAVE BEEN USING THIS COMPANY FOR ABOUT 2 YEARS, MAKING MONTHLY PAYMENTS ON TIME. RECEIVED EMAIL TODAY THAT SOME ONE IN ****** HAD MY ACCOUNT INFORMATION AND HAD SET UP SERVICE FOR REPAIR IN ******. CALL CINCH, THEY ACT LIKE ITS NO BIG DEAL, TOLD THEM TO CANCEL MY ACCOUNT AND I WAS GOING TO REPORT THEM FOR FRAUD. HOW DID MY EMAIL GET ATTACHED TO SOMEONE IN ******. THIS COMPANY IS A FRAUD. NOT SATISFIED AT ALL. I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN.

Called today 1/10/25 for service on my furnace to only stay on hold with 3 different people for an hour and 44 seconds to be told that my warranty expired 12/31/24. I never received anything about expiration of warranty, however, I told them that was impossible because I have the warranty to automatically renew . . . to no avail. They made no offer to reinstate the warranty. They offered to transfer me to the warranty department to "renew" the warranty at which time there is a 31 hold before I can make a service call, the same as if I were a brand new customer. I have been with Cinch for years and it is ludicrous to have to start over as if I am a new customer to place a service call. The ladies in membership were very courteous (Renee and Heather) but the others, from customer service, service dept. to the supervisors SUCK. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM FOR SERVICE TO ANYONE!!!!!

I am appalled by the abysmal service Ive received from Cinch and ****** and I feel compelled to share just how disastrous this experience has ******* 2023, I filed a claim for my built-in microwave, which was part of a combo unit, because it was no longer functioning. A technician came to repair it but couldnt fix it. I was told a replacement would be ordered. What followed was a complete fiasco.First, it took months for the replacement microwave to arrive. Then, when it finally did, your team refused to install it, claiming the job was "too much work." Instead, I was offered a laughable $250 reimbursement to hire someone else for the installation. Two years laterits now 2025I still havent received that ******** add insult to injury:-The replacement microwave was too small for the opening.-It didnt have the same power or electrical compatibility as the original unit. What was the result? I had to spend $2,000 out of my own pocket to:- Remove the old microwave.- Redo the electrical setup in the back.= Install the ill-fitting replacement.- Buy additional parts to fill the gaps caused by its size mismatch. This ordeal has been a nightmare. The sheer incompetence, lack of accountability, and complete disregard for customer satisfaction are beyond unacceptable. Cinch and ***** have failed at every possible stepleaving me to foot the bill and deal with the consequences of their failures. This is a disgrace. If this is how ***** and Cinch treat customers, their business doesnt deserve to exist.
