If I give 0 stars I would. I've been a loyal costumer paying all my bills and never called in for service. To call in a service you have to pay $200 and that's terrible. They literally delayed repairing my washer for 2 months and left me hanging. I started off at $40+ in two years my bills rose to $89 for sucky services. In two years I've only called in twice and they have been horrible!! Stay away from cinch! My realtor tricked me into signing up for this sham company and I regret it.

Two seniors without heat for 8 weeks. Weve have to use two electric space heaters to keep kitchen table warm enough to eat meals. Im typing this in 2 sweaters and a robe. Wife had brain surgery and already doesnt function well. Now we are showing signs of long term cold exposure, shes got horrible cough. Contract name is ***** ******. Weve been long term customers. Every couple of weeks a new sub comes out who either cant fix (fully covered unit); tells us it cant be fixed; or says he needs an approval that never comes from Cinch. In 2024 I wouldnt believe this could be happening, but new team at ********************** doesnt care. I would tell everyone to buy from diff company, this has been horrible experience.

I have had the most horrific experience with Cinch. My furnace has been not working and they continued to send a technician out without any serious repairs. Repairs are made with no official diagnosis and there has been six visits. This all started in October and now it is December. Finally a diagnosis was made and I was informed that the part is still under the manufacturer warranty. I called the manufacturer and they informed me that an authorized dealer has to come out to rediagnose and replace but the labor will not be covered. When I informed Cinch of this, they stated that they will escalate this to the correct team. I have been calling daily and have been explaining my situation every time with a promise that they will mark this case as emergency and that someone will get back to me. Four days have gone by and I am on the phone on hold again while they check on it. I have spent hours on the phone and missed three days of work and still have no heat and its going on three weeks. I have children in my home and continue to use space heaters in this 15 degree weather. This is simply negligent of services that I have paid for. I will not renew again and no one should use this service. Zero stats.

I requested a repair for a leak on Nov 22nd. A ******* came a couple of days identifying the leaks. They sent a 2nd ******* on Nov 27th rather than repairing the leak who I thought would fix the leak. He did not but just confirmed what we could see in the walls. A leak. I am losing of a gallons a day. Still no repair by Dec. 3rd. followed up with the ******* and Cinch. The ******* said that Cinch needed info which they provided so do not let them say they did not have it. They said they did not have it. Cinch called them and confirmed with me they did indeed have it and it was being reviewed for authorization. They said they would get back to me in 24 hours. They did not. I called again on the 4th and they said they were waiting for the parts list from the *******. I asked them to check their notes as it was provided. I spoke to a supervisor who said they would escalate it and would call me back today. Today, Dec 5th, I called and they said they do not have the parts listI asked them to call the *******. They confirmed they had list and told me to call them back tomorrow. I asked for a supervisor as we cannot use our bathroom, sink, or laundry, and we continue to lose water and risk water damage. While waiting for *************************************** I called back and asked to speak to a supervisor as I was disconnected. The call agent refused and made me go explain again. She said they had not received the parts list and they are waiting to hear from the ******* (does this feel like Groundhog Day?). She refused to send me to a supervisor. She called the ******* again to confirm the parts list. I asked more then 10 times for a supervisor. She finally, transferred me. I explained to the supervisor who again suggested I wait to hear back she finally agreed to check. 20 minutes later, I was disconnected. No one takes accountability. They are acting negligent & exposing my home to ongoing water damage.

I would give 0 stars if I could. We needed a water heater replaced. The policy is supposed to cover labor and did not cover all labor costs. According to the plumber, we were charged $250 extra to pay for the additional plumber needed since Cinch would on only pay for 1 person. In addition, there are so many hidden fees, I could have gone to ********** and paid less and replaced it quicker. The phone wait times are long and the customer ********************** is not helpful. In addition, as referenced on pg. 11 of their policy, for renewal, they do not send out a notice 30 days in advance for rate increases/renewal. They just automatically charge you so you are tied to staying for the full year if you want to cancel. Our water heater replacement for a 50 gallon standard tank out of pocket costs was $950. It broke last year and should have been replaced but they patched it up to collect another year's worth of premiums to then replace it and charge us all of these fees. They wouldn't even refund me the $250 breach of contract! Run!!!

My first time contacting them went smoothly....the second time was why I cancelled it. They told me that they didn't have anyone under contract for garage doors and said that I could just have someone local come and fix it if it was under 300. I paid it and now they refuse to cover it because it was not something covered. I guess you have to read all of the small details on what the won't cover on a "WHOLE HOME WARRANTY"! What a joke. Then I had to argue with them for over 30 minutes to just cancel my contract. Don't waste you time or money on this garbage. I thought they would be better since they sold it to me in my ***** Club and now I am wondering if I want to go to ****** now.

Stay clear!! Wait times for their call center, whose workers are very nice but hard to understand, are awful! They constantly hang up on you just before filing a claim (I spent 5 hours making one claim.) they have increased their price per claim to even send someone out to $150, and have been told that simple fixes (ones that only cost me $200 and are in the covered uses) have been denied. Save your money, with this place you would spend way more than just paying for repairs out of pocket

CINCH has not provided any service cor the money I am being charged. I have been out of a Refrigerator for 2 week. Repai person said it needs to be replaced and they are saying they need additional information but not trying to get it just sent a email. Since 12 Nov and noting is done. Took we an hour and a half to get through to them and they say I need to call back Monday and they hung up on me. I think I need to be compensated since they have put no effort except collect funds. Very dissatisfied

As a faithful customer of 7 years, ************ used to be amazing! I have never had a problem until NOW. My dryer broke two weeks ago. I paid the $100 deductible. Service Technician came and diagnosed the dryer as not fixable. Now, Cinch is claiming they need a second opinion. CONVENIENTLY, They can not find another service provider in my area, so they tell me its my responsibility to find someone. They claim they have reimbursed my $100. I have not seen it yet. What is the purpose of me paying a company $79.99 every month, and they can not fulfill their obligation to find me a service provider?? They are telling me to find a licensed provider, pay them upfront, and then they will reimburse me. I do not trust Cinch to reimburse me. Additionally, I do not have the extra money to pay for this service, when I pay Cinch monthly to take care of any issues for me! I am irate! I am aggravated! To add insult to injury, no one in the call center speaks clear English. Its so frustrating talking to individuals who can not communicate clearly. After 7 years, I will be canceling this service. Its not worth the aggravation or headache.
