this has got to be the poorest managed company on earth. **** barely speak or understand english, keep you on hold for hours and still no resolution. members of management are not accessible, they lie to you about payments having been made . do not waste your time or money.these folks should not even be in business. they will one day face a serious bad faith suit. hopefully it will be of a class action nature.they haven't even earned this 1 star, but that is the least you can give them.

I was pitched this as a insurance to avoid having to cover a large out of pocket expense. Now my hot water heater goes out and I have to jump through hoops to get this fixed. Now that it is fixed I have to jump through hoops to to get the bill paid, not only that I have to pay the large expense (which I cant afford) even though it was sold to me as a avoid paying large out of pocket expenses.

My daughter was patient & was living with a refrigerator that was only half working. 9 months later it was still not working. She asked for a check to replace *** ****** said no. This is just criminal behavior. Fraud is fraud.

Horrible customer **********************. Every time I deal with this company they cause me so much stress. They want me to pay up front before receiving service. $10. Just to call it in! Bad company and just keeps getting worse.

Absolutely the WORST!! You pay $50 a month every month ($600 a Year) then when they come out for service you have to pay the $150 deductible FOR EACH APPLIANCE...I only had 1 claim in my first year. My refridgerator...so I paid the $150 deductible, they came out, fixed the temperature gauge and replaced the suction trim on both the fridge door and freezer door. Well the freezer door did not work so they said they had to replace the entire door. Then when the repair *** calls Cinch, they say yes its covered. Soooo the repair company tells me yes ma'am you're covered we will order the part and it will take 2 weeks....3 weeks pass I call the repair *** and they say Cinch denied the claim saying it doesn't cover the doors because that's NORMAL *********************** Cinch says our NEW PLANS now cover doors but you will have to pay a new $150 because we will make a new claim on your new plan ( this all in a quest to keep me as a customer) I CERTAINLY was NOT paying another $150 for a claim that was guaranteed for 180 days!!! I was on the phone for almost 3 hours. Got disconnected twice!!! For all the hastle I could have bought a new refridgerator!!! DON'T DO IT....It's a racket!!...JUST BUY A WARRANTY FOR YOUR ITEMS AT PURCHASE AND YOU'LL SAVE ALOT OF MONEY!

Would have given "0" stars. I Have a Home Service Warranty from ***** through Cinch for home appliances. Dryer broke down and could not be fixed. Replaced dryer with a new on to include installation. Dryer was delivered and they would not do installation because of being a gas dryer. Cinch noted on website that parts were being shipped, (Vent hose and flexible gas line) and would call for install. I waited a week and checked Cinch website and it said service was completed. I called and made an appointment for the install, technician showed up and said he was a repairman and does not do installations. I called back and was told they do not do installations, NOTE: I do have confirmation emails for delivery and installation and also for what the installation encompasses. (Disconnect old dryer, install new dryer, flex gas line and vent duct). Finally bumped up to ***************** who stated they will have someone out to install the following week. I never received a confirmation via email. I checked 2 days later, (2 days before the appointment), and website show the job was completed which wasn't going to happen until 2 days in the future. Called back to confirm that day and was told it was still on. I checked back the next day, (Day before) and was told I had no appointment. I bumped up to case management again and after another hour on the phone, was told all they could do was give me a $75.00 credit for the install and that was what they would pay the delivery person to install the dryer. Note, the delivery person was a truck driver, not a plumber to do the gas work. I am now having my plumber do the install after waiting 3 weeks since the dryer was delivered, and many hours and phone calls to ***** and Cinch to no avail. Did I lose out? I have $75.00 coming I hope, and a brand new $800.00 dryer replacing the 38 year old one I had. They just didn't keep up their end of the contract. Very disappointed with ***** and Cinch.

Hi ***, I'm sorry to hear that this was your experience. I located your account and reimbursed the service call fee you paid for service on your clothes dryer to add to the $75 check you are being sent for installation. The deductible reimbursement will go back to the card it was paid from. Thanks, ******

I could never recommend this company for service. It has been a hot summer and I have not had a working air conditioner for way too long because of Cinch.I had a repairman visit to look at my air conditioning on July 23rd. He said the unit needed to be replaced and submitted that information to Cinch. On August 1st the replacement was approved. It is now September 4th and my new air conditioner has still not been installed. The unit was ordered and was received. An appointment for installation was set for August 16th but one of the parts they sent was the wrong one and a replacement had to be ordered. That part has still not been received, so I am still waiting. When that actually comes in, I will have to make an appointment to get it installed, which could be another few days added to this terrible experience.Calling customer ********************** does NOT work. I have tried this several times and get no response. Why would anyone use this company? They are not interested in completing their service responsibilities. The local companies that actually DO the work are fine; Cinch is the problem.

Horrible!!!!! Been trying to get my Fridge and washer fixed for 3 weeks. They cannot find a provider in my area so now I have to find someone and pay them upfront and then Cinch will pay me. Of course they already charged me the deductible 3 weeks ago. They do not call you back and yes you get a different person every time that you have to explain everything to. If I am paying for a warranty I should not have to do all the work in finding someone to fix it.This has been a nightmare and have spent lots Of hours and waiting on the phone.

Zero stars- criminal company- reminds me of last 4 years ***** Home Warranty, now Cinch, is the most unbelievable and now obvious scam for a company. My husband signed up when our new dryer went on the brink and after paying the $75.00 deductible, $49.50 a month fee, we had to pay $250.00 for a repair and part. Next service call for refrigerator-paid $75.00 deductible, still paying $49.50 a month, said fridge needed a cleaning- charged us over $200.00 to clean & dust out the Fridge encasement. Our file, according to customer **********************, said the tech cleaned all our appliances- he did not. The fridge wasnt even dirty cause I vacuumed it trying to fix the fridge myself. No reasoning with any of these techs they barely speak English and take advantage of the barrier. Tech left saying once we reached our deductible we may want to order a part which MIGHT stop the buzzing sound. There is no deductible. 2nd fridge service call, $75.00 deductible, still paying $49.50 a month- tech came - could not understand anything he said- except to unplug fridge for a few hours-and said nothing about a part- left within 10 minutes. Third time calling service on ******- said no deductible this time cause it was a third time no fix repair call- took forever to get the technician company to answer phone- when they did answer- he just said, hello- no company name -nothing- told him the story and he said he send someone out. This last tech seemed the most literate and simply said - ohh - you probably will need a new fridge and that he had the same one and got rid of it. He literally just glanced at the fridge - and since I had cleaned it to stop the buzzing and then unplugged it again, the fridge wasnt even making a noise. Dx it based on his personal experience. So after those two minutes, he said he would order the part that MIGHT fix it and left. Its been a few weeks now and I have heard or seen nothing. Just ordered a new fridge and canceled contract. This is a scam company.
