      As have COPD and on oxygen 24/7 and need air conditioning. My air went out, Called Cinch on Saturday and they came Monday morning. Told the service tech the problem only blowing cool are and locks rotor. He added some freon but never checked the motor. 20 minutes after he left it went out again- he never addressed the motor issue. Could not even reach Cinch except for a voice mail. I cancelled my polity at once, got another contractor out and he said the motor was bad. Long story short, I got a new air conditioner from an independent contractor- will never get a home warranty service again. Even though the trucks say ***** and paperwork says *****...there is no *****...its Cinch and they are awful.

      Desde el da 8/9/2022 un tcnico determin que mi microondas no **** reparacin y deba ser reemplazado lo cual est cubierto en mi contrato Hoy da 08/34/2022 y despus de mltiples llamadas an no tengo una respuesta y menos solucin a mi situacin Los empleados de servicio al cliente estn programados como robots y como que cumplen un horario, no dan ******* solucin y no se puede hablar con un supervisor mi se sensibilizan con la situacin del cliente Pago mi membresa puntualmente ************* Home Warranty y eso si llega puntual,pero hace hoy ******************************* reemplazo,tengo nios en mi casa y me dicen que de 24 a ************************************************************** 15 das aun sigo esperando Considero que adems de ser una falta de respeto al cliente,no son serios con el cumplimento de sus contratos,$49.99 mensual y $75.00 por la visita Soy viudo,tengo 72 aos y nios que necesitan del microondas Por favor,necesito ayuda pues no puedo comprar uno nuevo y mi contrato cubre el reemplazo Agradezco de antemano la ayuda que me puedan dar Muchas gracias

      Worst company I've ever come across. I had a issue with my gas dryer in June. Called for service and had to wait a week for them to come out. They came and found what was wrong replaced it and was told it was working. When I went to dry clothes they were still wet, so i called again and had to wait ANOTHER week. 5 TECHNICIANS LATER they finally said the dryer is not repairable. This was 1 MONTH later. Ive had to call several times and wait well over a hour to get a hold of someone for them to finally say we can send you a replacement but it's going to take 3 weeks for it to be available. Finally going on 2 1/2 MONTHS LATER I'm told the *** OF DELIVERY that they still don't have my dryer and a estimated time is 2 weeks out and that is not even guaranteed. I'm close the 3rd month with out having a dryer and the best they can do is offer a $700 check for a new dryer when the dryer they offered to send me cost over a $1000. Stay far away from this company and look at other options when it comes to home warranty, because Cinch does not care about it's customs

      In February the thermostat for my Carrier Infiniti system heat pump/propane furnace stopped working. ************************** was assigned to the issue and obtained approval from Cinch to order a replacement thermostat directly from carrier. These units are inoperable without a Carrier thermostat. Carrier was out of stock at that time. In August they became available and it was shipped to ************************** for installation. They quickly installed it on August 5. On the following Monday I was told by Cutting Edge that Cinch was covering $150, and that I was responsible for the remaining balance of >$730. They were surprised, however collected the balance and told me to collect from Cinch as the subscriber. I reviewed the wording of my contract (page4/5). There is no reference to thermostats being covered or not covered. Cinch is claiming that they do not have to pay for it because it has a Wi-Fi function, which by the way I cannot use because we do not have Internet/rural area. Carrier only produces this ONE thermostat for this unit. It will not mechanically function at all without a Carrier-made/branded thermostat, sold only by Carrier specifically for this model, that was approved for purchase by Cinch back in February. After talking to many representatives (in agreement with me - calls recorded), providing documentation and escalation Cinch chose not to pay for this, admitting that the purchase was approved and the service provider nor me was told ahead of time about the lack of coverage, and that it is not specific in their contact. All the representatives are polite, but will not let you speak to anyone higher up. I wish I could breach a contract after the fact to save some money.

      Cinch home warranty/sears is terrible and I've had an ongoing problem with my ******* french door refridgerator since day one . I'm with customer "****"below. The icemaker has been repaired 3 or 4 times and still having same issues. I also have been put on the "urgent" list but as of today still no word on getting a technician out. Now my whole fridge is failing. Supposenly the unit is to be replaced or refunded if not fixed after 3 visits ?? and further more when i call and finally do get through to a "live" person they don't speak good english and they are in *************** or some place.as soon as i get this problem resolved i'm canceling this warranty.JB 8/23/22

      Cinch home warranty services. It was a very hot summer, my A/C wasn't working. A ***** Tech came out made an assessment of what was needed, the tech was very unprofessional and never turned in the diagnosis to Cinch. I called cinch to complain about the tech and they advised that they work with a 3rd party company and could not assure me that the same guy wouldn't come out. I asked if they could at least contact the supervisor of the technician because the lack of customer ********************** and unprofessionalism was very unacceptable. They sent someone else out after a couple of weeks *********************. The tech came out, walking all on the grass instead of the pavement, gave his diagnosis, then went *** for a week with no communication to his partner about the claim or what was needed nor did the diagnosis get turned in for a week. I was without Air for a month, not due to Covid and products but due to team members on the Cinch team and the 3rd party reps not doing their jobs and not wanting to give great customer **********************. This was a horrible experience!!!!!Horrible experience

      Going on two months trying to get my dishwasher fixed. Wish I would have looked into Cinch more. Very disappointed.

      Worst company ever. On top of them not finding a provider and not refunding me the full amount I had to pay to a service provider, the supervisor ****** was laughing while she was talking to me. Would not let me speak and would avoid the specific question I had. Never ever going to recommend this company. Bunch of lying money stealing idiots.

      Horrible! Dont get this warranty !! They keep charging the monthly contract fee part the expiration date of the original plan date. I never could get the techs to install the parts they ordered for my microwave! Said they couldnt risk hurting themselves to remove it from the wall!! WHAT?? Ya, I was going to have to remove it myself since it was screwed in through the cabinets on either side that flaked it. At first they couldnt find how it was originally installed. I showed them the side screws. They left, I rescheduled and when another guy came out they looked at their notes and said, nope, they still wont pull it off the wall from above my range. IDIOTS! This home warrenty is a joke and and not worth your money!
