      Ive had this company for 10+ years. Ive had appliances break but some were repaired and some replaced. All Ive ever paid was my deductible. The repair people that came out were friendly and professional. Ive never had a bad experience with Cinch.

      Cinch home warranty is awful. Stay away and check your other options. I have gone over two days now without a technician coming to look at my AC unit. They keep making promises that they're going to find a technician. I called this afternoon and they said that they will have something scheduled by 6:00 p.m. tonight. I called after 6:00 p.m. and they said that they have not found a technician. It is going to be another 2 to 3 days. I said that was not acceptable. I said I've already been waiting over 24 hours for any type of response about my claim. I paid $135 for them to send the technician out and kept up with my premiums. My claim has been moved up to urgent and it was never put on urgent even with the high temperatures. At this stage I'm going to have to go and hire technician on my own cost. I'm going to be closing my policy very shortly with them. I am checking elsewhere for a better policy.

      This is the worst company in the world. My ice maker stopped working they sent a company that comes to the house and doesnt speak English. They were from ******** no English. They literally came 10 times and each time changed the ice maker but never understood when I explained to them there was no water running into ice maker. They finally changed the tubing and a month later the **** ice tray calls down and they claim we did damage to it. I dont understand how getting ice out of the machine could cause damage. They took pictures and basically said there was structural damage. So I said I would like to cancel the warranty and they said I would have to pay for the repairs. I hope karma gets this company as well as the thrives who actually work for them. Dont use them its not worth it. I didnt want to give any stars but then I couldnt write this review

      The Cinch rep had some work to meet HOA requirements on a large bay window. He listened, did just the work needed-- the caulking was done so well there was no need to paint or replace anything. This also meant less work for him and savings for me.

      THE WORST. Ive been paying this company for the last 6 years and needed them for a couple minor things. This time my dryer stopped working. The service tech said he recommended replacing the 20 yr old dryer. But Cinch refused. Insisting on replacing a part instead. Ive been waiting almost 3 weeks to have the dryer fixed. Its nearly impossible to reach someone and when I do, there is such a such language barrier that I never get resolution on my issue. I finally spoke to a supervisor today that basically blamed the service company. The rates keep going up and the service is getting worse. Ill be canceling as soon as this repair is complete.

      I Call SCAM Been a member since 02/20/2021 and when I needed service they took the $100.00 Scheduling Fee but no one came on or called. I called for assistance and after explaining my issue I was put on hold and after about 10 min the call disconnected.

      I wish I would have read the reviews. I have only filed one claim and have been paying my premiums on time and paid my deductible up front. My AC unit has been out since June 2022 and it still has not been fixed. I have been on the phone for hours at a time on hold and then get every excuse in the book on not wanting to help me. My complaint is the same as the other **** reviews. Just a terrible company that does not want to help you. Please, please, please do not use this company.

      Cinch refuses to honor their service contract. I have 3 claims and getting the run around. Cinch contracts with *** who cant find a service provider in my area. I made my fourth call about my fridge and ** told me that I have to wait another 7 business days. I asked to be transferred to Cinch and spoke with a supervisor named ****** who sent me back to ** and said its there responsibility. I explained to her that I manage contracts and understand that Im not contracted with *** they are. And its their responsibility to resolve claim. She held the phone in silence for at least a minute (quite passive aggressive) and finally told me again to call **. I have reached out to Cinch on social media as well and will keep reaching out until I receive a resolution. This is bait and switch at its best.

      Agree with so many others. Cinch is unresponsive, incompetent and they people that answer the phones for complaints about services saying nothing else can be done, its the system. On July 28, 2022, I had service technician come to home after paying deductible. He identified electrical problem with dish washer wiring. He said request for authorization would be sent to Cinch for electrical cable replacement. After three weeks no work from Cinch or PropertyRestorers.Com. I checked status on line and Cinch website indicated worked completed on 8/9/2022 and claim closed. Not correct! After multiple calls and emails to both, I finally spoke with people on both sides. Cinch indicated claim was closed because they need more information from Property Restores. He told me to call them and ask to send repair to authorization department. Cinch rep said only information they received was reference to electrical problem with no details. I finally got a call from Property Restorers (Karley), who said they send in request and told me what was written. Tech's notes inaccurate, such as listing water dripping on electrical which NEVER occurred. Don't know where that ever came from as no water present, frayed electrical wire on unit used for over three years. Karley told me reference to water dripping wasn't shared with Cinch, only internal note. She stated Cinch denied the request for further repairs. She didn't explain why their company didn't notify me. She advised advised me to recontact Cinch and request follow-** in-home inspection. I called Cinch back and different representative told me the authorization request was received and read back the same words shared by Karley, including incorrect water reference. I advised him about incorrect information and he (****) said it could not be changed. He didn't explain why nothing had happened before but said authorization was not denied and that today (Aug 16, 2022) an authorization request would be sent. Results to be emailed

      This home warranty company has gone downhill. I have been a customer for 12 years. I just spent the entire summer without an AC. The customer ********************** is terrible. The supervisors are all unprofessional and terrible. I spoke to 3. The representatives were better at their jobs then any of the supervisors. I feel total disgust towards this company. They really let me down when we needed them most.
