      I ordered product online before christmas from Office Depot. It was for PC and not gaming unit for my child. I took SEALED UNOPENED box to Office Depot and they refused to take it saying returns are not available in store and they would have to pick it up. I then called a corporate number and was assured it would be picked up from my house on January 5th 2023. Return conf # *********. Item was picked up and boxed EXACTLY as requested still UNOPENED and SEALED! The driver picked it up around 1:00 pm. I was assured i would receive credit with in **** days.I started called a week ago multiple times asking when i would receive refund. After emailing with *********************** I was assured within 24 hours i would be refunded. Now a week later and no responses to my emails, no returned calls back I got ahold of *********************************** and was told 24 hours i would get refund. Then yesterday i receive another email saying they would be at house on January 25th to pick up item! IT WAS PICKED UP ON JANUARY 5TH ALREADY! They refuse to credit my account or return my emails. The item was returned SEALED and UNOPENED. This is the worst experience from a "corporate" company ripping people off and stealing their already paid for products.

      I sent a very important package on the 28th of January that was supposed to be in ***** on the 21st but ***** say that it is still at the store #**** in ******* ** and I asked for a manager. This ******************* said that she was the manager and it was nothing that she could do.

      I bought a pan from the store because it was advertised at 25% off. When I got to my cart- the price didn't show the sale price. I contacted customer service via chat and they told me to buy it and they'd credit me the discount. I provided the order and said that because it was a direct from manufacturer item, they couldn't process the discount until I received the item. I advised when I received the item, waited a week, contacted them again and got no response. After 2 weeks I contacted support just asking for a return label because I don't want this item at full price and no one was honoring the sale price. I haven't heard from them in a week either. Now it has been nearly a month and I have had no resolution. All I want to do is return this item and get my money back.

      On 11/28/2022 i ordered a desk from Office Depot, they sent the wrong one so i called them on Dec 21st after opening the box. They said they would have to charge me again for the correct desk and issue a credit to my debit card for the wrong desk. I was to receive the credit within 7 days. Here it is now almost a month later and i have yet to receive my credit. I have called several times to inquire about my refund, every time someone tells me i should receive it within 24 hours. Today after spending an hour on the phone with them, and demanding to speak with a supervisor, they have said they cannot verify the return with the warehouse.They sent someone out to pick up the wrong desk on 12/30/22 the same day they delivered the correct desk. This is not an issue i should have to continue to spend my time on, they sent the wrong desk to begin with and not refunding my money in a timely fashion is unacceptable. I as the customer have done nothing wrong and am requesting my money be refunded immediately.Custome id # is ****, item ordered is ******, amount paid was $278.19

      They do not Honor their own return policy! My dad bought me a printer for Christmas because I do a lot of working from home. He asks me every year what I need. Anyway he went and bought me a really nice printer on 10/23/2022 however between the time he bought the printer and when I received it I got another one through work. So when I get the printer I let my dad know I got another one. He says just take it back. He says you should be able to return it until Jan 14th. I take it to the store to return it unopened. They say I cannot return the product there because they do not have a holiday return policy. They give me a number to call and say I need to return the item through the customer service number. The customer service number says I need to return at the store. So I have this brand new printer I do not need and cannot return it anywhere because no one wants to honor their return policy! So after a few trips back and forth and like 50 calls and finally getting the original receipt 25 hour phone calls later I think we are all finally on the same page. The customer service person called the store manager and everyone agreed I could bring the printer back for a return and refund. Until. I get to the store. The manager there tells me there is no such thing as a holiday return policy. I show her the return policy on their website and on a paper in the store showing that today is the last day I could return the item. The manager then tells me no its the 1st of January! I said it says it here in black and white! She says she needs to confirm with her store manager. I reiterate that the apparent store manager that myself and the customer service agent spoke to said we could return it. Well about 20 minutes later the manager at the store currently comes back and says, You guys must not have spoken with my store manager. He says he has no recollection of speaking with anyone in customer service in the last few days! Now Im upset! I just left said yall can have it!

      On or around November 30th 2019, I visited the Office Depot to return 2 items I had received as a gift. The store location in question is now closed, but it was the Office Depot located *********************************************. Since the items were gifts, I did not have the receipt. The store representative had agreed to accept the return as a non-receipt return as long as I produced a valid government issued ID. Upon presenting my ******** Passport, he blatantly denied the return because I had a foreign ID. The store manager also supported the decision to deny the return on that basis. I explained that I was studying as a visiting student at **** and I only had my ******** Passport since I had lost my ******* Driver's License. They insisted, for reasons unknown, that I could only produce a **-issued form of identification. Office Depot refusing to accept a return because of my ******** ID is a blatant instance of discrimination by Office Depot's staff. This is national origin discrimination and totally disgusting and unacceptable. Nowhere in Office Depot's return policy does it mention that a foreign ID cannot be used for a return; I have never witnessed such a refusal in my life. This was blatant xenophobia by the Store Manager. All of this ordeal was witnessed by my friend. As a result, I could not return the items and I am still stuck with items that are of no use to me.

Office Depot current policy for instore returns without a receipt indicate the customer must present a State issued ID or a valid drivers license. A ******** passport wouldn't be an acceptable document for a return without a receipt. This is documented in our standard operational procedure and I also provided the customer a snip of this and we wouldn't be able at accept the return.

      I placed an order on Office Depot on 11/28 for 10 x $25 gas gift cards. (****************************************************************************) I never received the email and redeemed the codes and instead of getting full refund I got the response:"Hi ****, This is regarding the above order#. We did receive your request for the item#******* ($25 GAS CARD) Qty: 10 We are sorry for the inconvenience caused to you. You need to verify their award via the verification email within ******************************************* the screen shot below you will see their award email was sent to them on November 28 which means you needed to confirm their award by December 13. Their award is expired and their code is no longer valid."They refused to give me refund because the "award is expired". Please call me as soon as possible.

      Well I ordered a hp wireless printer and almost ****** of ink for the printer.well when I placed the order I red and spoke to some one about when my order was going to be delivered that it wasn't to be left at my doorstep unless a signature from me r someone who lived at my apartment was given to the delivery man .I explained to them how I lived in in bad part of Houma and how people always steal anything and everything left in our mailboxes and things like that .well they agreed that mynorder wasn't going to be left at my doorstep and that if n when it was delivered I would have to sign for it.Well no e of that happened they claim my order was delivered but I never received my order and now I am out almost ****** dollars and it's all rheir fault they say they delivered my order but I never signed for any order or did I receive any delivery from them .I wanted to speak to a lawyer about b this matter cause I am a single mom with 2 kids and I work very hard for the little n itnof moneybi get paid not for it to be taken like office depot did and Sri be out mu money and my order this is ridiculous and everytime I speak to some one they put me on hold until it hangs up. THISNIS REALLY SAD CAUSE I HAVE BEEN A GOOD CUSTOMER TO ********************** FOR YEARS TO GET TREATED THISNWAY

      I placed order #*********-001 12/30/22,They showed all items in stock, I later received a text stating there was a problem with the order. The items were not in stock. I then received an email stating I would not be charged for any of the items. There was already a pending hold on my bank account. The manager I spoke with at the store advised I wouldnt be charged. I told him the charge was already on my bank account. He stated I would have to wait for it to be refunded. Today is 01/05/23, the pending charge is still holding my money. I called the store and asked for help, the associate disconnected the call. I then called 800-go-depot and asked *** for assistance. She then muted the phone I repeated hello multiple times and then stated I was not able to hear her and I assumed she was sending the email as she stated she would. Then she came back on the phone and told me she would escalate the request. This company should be forced to stop holding their customers money ****** when the company is at fault.
