    I recently had the pleasure of using Extra Mile for a bee removal service, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. They were truly excellent in handling what could have been a major issue in my home. Their team acted swiftly and efficiently, resolving the problem quickly and effectively.From start to finish, their service was impeccable.     ******* came out and we were blown away with his professionalism, but after a few years of being their customer their service and attentions to detail in eradicating the termites was deteriorating. Unfortunately, we had recommended them to several of our friends and neighbors.We eventually canceled their service and started to tackle this job ourselves, with great results.They sent us a bill on October 2, 2023 dated February 2021, we had thrown out all of our old records, so we decided to just pay the bill. I called the office and asked why they would send a bill that is over 2+ years old, no response just you owe this amount.I would NOT RECOMMEND this company to anyone.
