      Great customer service, the chat feature is the best as you chat with someone immediately and obtain a satisfactory resolution. I also like their products as I have purchased many of them for my new home. They have such a variety of options, shipping is always timely and items can easily be returned. I recommend them to anyone who is in search of some unique lighting with a huge variety.

      Ive purchased many times from Capitol Lighting in the past few years and can confirm that not only is the selection fabulous but the customer service is stellar! While I do not like ordering anything online (I like to see my purchase in person) I have found their website very easy to navigate and very pleased with the photos. I highly recommend this company and they are always my go to for the best pricing as well! Finally an online retailer with excellent customer service. A bye gone trait for most.       ****** with Capital Lighting made the exchange of a faulty item so easy and quick. I really appreciated her prompt replacement of one of ************************** swing arm wall lamps for our new bedroom. I love the lamps and was relieved how easy the replacement process was for the faulty one. I would give them a very high rating for customer service!

      I had a pleasant experience with Capitol Lighting. I was to order a light globe due to a repairman breaking the socket of my light fixture and substituting a bad copy of what was there originally. I brought in a picture of the light fixture on my phone to *** and he quickly showed me that the fixture was ruined plus the fixture no longer is available. So with his help, I ordered another but when it arrived at , one of the globes was broken. I called the store not knowing how to prove I did not break the globe and they told me "No problem just give us the order number and they ordered me another."Their customer service is fantastic and I hope they stay in the area for a very long time.

      I am 100% satisfied with my multiple purchases from 1800 Capitol Lighting. I have purchased sconces, lamps and a mirror. Even though one lamp arrived damaged, a manufacturers defect. 1800 Capitol lighting responded immediately, resolved the situation professionally and swiftly with a replacement.
