      Lots of places on line have great products but fall short when you need help from an actual human. Not Capitol Lighting. The customer service I received from Neavan and ******* was exceptional! I will always (and only!) use THIS company in the future as a result.

      Wow! I needed to call customer service to help me change a
      delivery address, and in less than a minute, I speaking to a Capitol
      Lighting customer service representative. I didn't have to scream at an
      "AI" computer voice to "Connect me to a human being!!!" for over an
      hour. And to ice the cake... the customer service representative lived
      in the United States and not overseas. How often does that happen?
      Wouldn't it be wonderful (and shocking) if all companies treated their
      customers as well?

      I ordered a light fixture in September, which was supposed to be delivered within 6 weeks. The estimated ship date has since been pushed out three times, and the latest I was told wouldnt be shipped until the end of May now. I understand manufacturers experienced delays, but if you look at their website, they are still selling the light fixture with a quoted ship date of early April. No explanation has been provided to me and they charged my credit card back in September. It just feels a bit unethical.
