      So far customer service person has been helpful. I received my lighting order and discovered upon opening the package that I has received an obviously used lighting fixture. Parts missing, had an electrician at my home to install (I will now have to pay him again to return) very disappointed. Am considering returning all items now

      **************** was prompt and effective when, after reviewing my credit card bills, I realized I had placed the same order twice, 2 months apart. I asked them to cancel the 2nd order, which was not scheduled to be shipped for another 2 - 3 weeks, and they got right on it, confirming the next day that my 2nd order had been canceled. This was during Christmas week, so I'm especially grateful for their time and attention.

      I have had no problem with them. My order did take a little longer than expected but I did receive an email for them. I just had to return a light that I ordered for my bathroom that I did not need and received the return label within 10 minutes of contacting them. I would use them again!

      Poor communication. No way to actually contact them. Item was supposed to be shipped July 25, 2023, today is the 28th. No email no response to my emails. Just pure silence!

      Outstanding experience! Ordered coordinated lighting for dining room, kitchen and 3 baths. Items came in record time! Quality was amazing! We even called to ask for a product adjustment for our pendant lights and, although the part was not supposed to be included, they still sent them over to us also in record time. I will definitely use Capital again!
