      After dealing with Bluegreen for well over a decade, we are fed up! Nothing about their ownership was what was promised. My husband and I loved the idea of a point system. It made a lot of sense when presented to us, but later found that the reservation process is a nightmare at best. We upgraded several times over the years, always being told that we would have more/better travel options, yet it never pans out. Even being a Gold Member required us to make reservations at least 12 months in advance just to have HOPE of getting what we wanted. Changing our anniversary date (when we are allotted our annual points) even required buying more points. You would think over the 3 years we were asking for that change they could have informed us it would require an additional purchase. After purchasing more points, we were told that it wasnt necessary to make a new purchase. They would not take the unwanted points back. There have been so many unkept promises, lies, and omissions, it leaves my head spinning!

      Beautiful resort and the staff go out of their way to take care of you and fulfill your requests. Have stayed there many times and will definitely be returning again!

      Scam, Total scam... Completely misrepresent what you are getting yourself into. Bluegreen, you should be ashamed of your business practices! Continuing to lure people in with free weekend vacations and then laying the sales pitch to buy a useless timeshare! This is exactly what happened to me in July 5th weekend 2022. We have regretted walking into this meeting and feel totally cheated. What I bought is nothing like what was described to me. There is no exclusivity. In fact, it is quite the opposite. It is easier to book as a non-member, probably so they can trick those people to buy too! Within the first 2 weeks we went online and tried to book properties almost anywhere in the country, there was nothing available in most place unless you we willing to use points. Oddly enough they could find you a space if you were using points but your entire years allocation of points barely gets you a night. Therefore you are spending in actuality over $ ******* dollars per night for a room. hey made us think we were able to afford this and make it work with our income. In the end, all they did was s**** us over.In addition almost all the resorts have very recent 1 & 2 star reviews though they claim they are all 4 & 5 star resorts. Total Lie! STAY AWAY FROM THEM!

      If you're thinking of doing business with BlueGreen...just don't. We have a paid-off timeshare and they are still ignoring our requests to terminate. Do you know why? Because this scammy situation has us in a position where whether we like, use, or are happy with this timeshare we are stuck due to their lies and they are using us and THOUSANDS of others as a paycheck. We have owned for a long time and have paid our obligation off but BECAUSE they are still getting maintenance fees out of us for absolutely NOTHING (because the resorts are terrible) they are STILL ignoring calls, emails, and letters requesting they terminate our relationship. Disgusting.

      Blue-green has provided a wonderful vacation destination for my extended family for many years. Recent upgrades to the properties were delightful. We utilize our available points every year and have a great time, at the property and in the resources of the surrounding area. Their staff are friendly and helpful. Thank you.

      Bluegreen, you should be ashamed of your business practices! Continuing to lure people in with free weekend vacations and then laying on non-stop pressure to force people to buy a useless timeshare!This is exactly what happened to me in 2018 and I have regretted taking that vacation ever since.What I bought is nothing like what was described to me. There is no exclusivity. In fact, it is quite the opposite. It is easier to book as a non-member, probably so they can trick those people to buy too! I was told I was making a real estate purchase that would help my credit which I have seen no improvement to. Oddly enough, I dont have any property! I cant even book whatever it is that I own because they never have availability at my property or anywhere else. I cant book the cruise we were promised either. After paying for 4 years, Ive gotten nothing out of my relationship with Bluegreen and have not been able to even book one relaxing vacation with my timeshare.

      We reached out to Bluegreen in request to cancel our timeshare ownership. We were informed that there are no options for us to cancel. We would not recommend this business to anyone. They fail to mention that the annual fees increase over time.

      I am going to say to the least VERY disappointed with Bluegreen Vacations. We purchase this timeshare in 2018 and paid in full and owed maintenance fees within the first 6 months. Since then maint. fees have gone up to almost $900 and I still have yet to enjoy this timeshare ownership. We used points to go to *********** and what a joke, they had issues with water pressure and no hot water so we were sent to another location. I was supposed to be compensated points and still, hasn't happened and cant gets a straight answer from anyone. Now in order to use points, I am being told I have to book 11 or more months in advance. Even doing that there are NO availabilities anywhere. I am sorry I wasted money on this. Reselling is a joke bc I can only get if lucky 2k and take a loss of 11k. So, my nice words are we are VERY disappointed in how we invested in this trap. Only leave 1 star and not even that is deserved.

      This is a financial nightmare we would not wish on anyone. We were told this would be a more affordable vacation opportunity and it has been just the opposite. The sales representatives are very pushy and will lie and manipulate to get what they want. We have not used our timeshare because we do not have the money now to travel due to the timeshare fees. We were given a salesman's business card to call if we have problems and he never returned our calls.

      They held us in the back for over 6 hours with my husband being a diabetic. Only giving him cookies until we signed with 6 different managers harassing us. That was in 2019. We have used or wanted this. My husband caved and they make you say stuff on recording before you can leave ... expense that didn't need to be there but still paying it so it doesn't effect credit.
