      Terrible human beings taking advantage of others. Do not waste any time or money on this, it is a ****. I lost thousands of dollars paying for something that I could never use. I am still suffering the consequences of this poor decision I made 20 years ago. It is all smoke and mirrors. They take advantage of others and meanwhile you pay for nothing. They should be ashamed! Karma will find them

      Did everything requested. Elevator out, filthy floors, dirty dirty pull out bed, locked out if room on the third day stating no card on file. Staff was a nightmare at the hotel stating we are only there on a package deal. Totally unprofessional! Supervisors promise to call back but they never do! Done with this nightmare!

      Dont purchase anything from Bluegreen Resorts! We were harassed into accepting a free getaway to ************, ** while we were Christmas shopping at Bass Pro Shop last year. We told them NO several times but after being stalked through the store we finally decided to accept a free stay. They told us we only had to attend a short sales presentation upon arrival with no strings attached. We quickly realized they were aggressively trying to convince us to purchase a timeshare. We wanted to leave, but the sale staff said we needed to stay for the duration, or we would have to pay for the total cost of our stay. They bombarded us with several salespeople and kept lowering the price until I finally decided to buy the cheapest package. They promised us several bogus incentives for example: *We could rent out the ** to offset *************** *We could refinance the loan with our bank to lower interest rates and were even told to lie about the purpose of loan.*Our family could use our ** without us *Exclusive access to other destinations We used our ownership to vacation in *******, but they made us attend a mandatory meeting. Of course, it turned into another aggressive sales pitch to upgrade. They used misleading and ruthless sales tactics to convince us to join, and it has cost us dearly. We have spent thousands of dollars for a product we have only used 2 times. We are sliding into debt to keep up with our monthly payment. Stay away from BLUEGREEN!!!

      I purchased promotional vacation and went to ******* location. Went there over Friday thru Monday. I called them while i was booking to see when the presentation would be and the customer service rep over the phone told me it'll be the day of arrival. So i purchased ticket at ****** and Universal for Saturday and Sunday. Upon an arrival, i was told the presentation was going to be Saturday. I had talked multiple people to let them know i had previously checked with the customer service rep for the date of presentation, but they didn't care for it. I ended up paying full price for the hotel. I'll tell everyone to avoid this. It sounded good, but turned out to be paying full price for the hotel i wouldn't have personally choose if i had a choice.

      This is Fraud, there is no such thing as being able to travel when you want, at least not at Bluegreen. The customer service experience is terrible, you can never speak to the right department, and youre on hold for hours at a time. They sell you a lie, then youre trapped once youre in. Their maintenance fees increase and there is no way to get out. Their unwillingness to help my wife and me during unfortunate circumstances is inhuman and should be a crime to not provide options to clients who have been loyal to a company that we have spent thousands of dollars investing in. We want out.
