      My wife and I were members of NonStop Fitness Sarasota (owned at the time by 3F Management, LLC) before it closed without notice. We prepaid our one-year membership in November 2021. The gym then suddenly closed without notice, and we did not receive a refund for the early termination of our membership. I have been contacting the other non-stop fitness locations and the ****@nonstopfitness email and have received no response. I have heard of others who have received a refund, however we have not despite multiple attempts of calling and emailing. We need the refund. Below is the member information, what was charged and when. We expect the amount refunded to be prorated from the date the gym closed until the date our membership was set to expire.
