    We ordered hurricane screens for our home on 5/22/23. Our salesman told us it would take ***** weeks. Our contract states 4-6 months. We have been given many install dates that OG Living has cancelled. We made two down payments totaling $16,777.11. Our last promised install date was 2/4/24, which was again cancelled by them and we have no new date. At this point we would like our money back so we may purchase hurricane protection elsewhere and be ready for the 2024, hurricane season.

    Though it's rare that we would have any cancellations (among several hundred customers each year), there are always a few. We always try our best and work to the best of our ability to satisfy the needs and concerns of these customers as well, and to date, short of working out any issue with any customer that wishes to cancel, we've always provided a refund according to the terms of the signed agreement. We hope to retain this customer and provide them full satisfaction in the product and installation, in the event that remains possible.

    This has been going on for 13 months. Everytime its an excuse on why they cannot complete all the issues with the pergola we bought. I have been nice about it until now. We setup an appt to fix the issues on 3 November. They come out their work 3 hours and said we dont have time today to fix all the issues. We have videos of them just smoking in my backyard, sitting on my chairs and also laying down on top of my hot tub. I have email documentation showing all the traffic I have had with the company. I either want all my money back or fix all the issues wrong with my pergola. I will send all the videos to you guys as well of them just laying around. Also send you the videos of all the issues with the pergola that has been on going process since October last year.

    OG Living installed shutters on my house. They didn't work during Hurricane *** and I assume more damage than I paid for theshutters. After 6 months, after 3 visits the repairman fixed the problem. The installer screwed into the electrical line. I have tried multiple times for them to come to a financial response. Now *******************, salesman, and ***************** do not return my em's or calls.

    The national weather service gave plenty of notice to EVERYONE in ******* to prepare for the hurricane prior to its arrival. The fact you waited till the last minute to put your screens down is 100% your fault. We sent out emails way in advance offering assistance if anyone was having any issues to let us know.  We are not liable for your damage. We have corrected all warrantee and service work we were responsible for.

    I think it is unreasonable for us to give you screens for free. If you are unhappy with the product we will come remove them and give you a full refund.

    On February 7, 2023 my husband and I contracted with OG Living of **************, ******* to build a hurricane proof structure with screens on our property in Naples Motorcoach Resort. We met with their representative, *********************, and discussed the project at hand in detail. ***** wanted us to make a deposit in order to have our place in line so we could have the project completed by October 2023. We expressed concern for paying a deposit without county and *** approval. He assured us it would be approved since he did a structure around the corner from us. We insisted we would only pay the deposit if we would be refunded in the event *** or county did not approve the plan as presented. He said he would meet with the Collier county person that would ultimately sign off on the project to see if he saw any problems. He did this, and said the county person saw no issues with the plan as presented. ***** went on to say the *** would have to approve it since they already did approve one around the corner almost identical to what we wanted. We said we wanted assurances that if it wasn't approved we would get refunded 100%. He assured us we would. We paid $84,712.69 which was 50% of the total so they could order the material as soon as we had *** approval. *** did not approve the plan as presented. When we contacted *****, he said we would be refunded 100% and apologized. Our project manager assigned by OG Living also said we would be refunded. After several weeks of waiting, we contacted the owner, *************************. **** stated he would personally see to it we were fully refunded since the *** did not approve the plan. It has been 7 months, and we have been given several deposits totaling $40,000. ******************** keeps telling us he is having cash flow problems. The BBB loses credibility when they maintain A+ rating for a company taking retirees money in this manner. It's a disgrace to ******* when a company fleeces money from elderly retirees.
