Worst company I've ever called, stay away from this company. I called them, they said it was $140 to schedule the visit and that this amount would be credited towards the total cost of the repair. The technician arrived at my house, looked at my stove, took a photo, looked online and said wow, this part is very expensive, it costs $700 dollars to buy the new part, stove brand new cost $699 and the part to fix one of my cooktop burner is $700??? Makes no sense, I asked them to send me a description of the quote and the part number that needs to be changed, but they refused to give me this information, so I refused to pay the visit. They called the police, I explained the situation to the police and why I didn't want to pay, after the police arrived they gave me the part number, and I made the payment. I just wanted to know if they were being honest with the quote, but when I got the part number, it ****** it and it costs $93 on several websites, $145 on the Lowes website and $209 on the ** appliances website. I called the company Appliance King of America, asked to speak to the company manager, but they said that the manager was not there at the time, but the women who answered could Speak for him, she was super rude and said that the price was not for the part but for the full service , I said that the technician had told me that the part cost $700 dollars and told her it is recorded on the camera that is inside my house and that the technician had said the same thing in front of the police officer, that I could research that the part cost $700 dollars . let's assume they were telling the truth and that the service with the part costs $700 dollars, $210 for the part and $490 to replace??! It's easy to go to people's homes, charge $149 for the visit, give a price more expensive than the appliance, the customer gives up on fixing it due to the price, and the company leaves with $149 in its pocket
