      I purchased one ring set from this company in November 2022. When it came it was very poorly made, so we never placed another order. Suddenly in January I get an email that says my order shipped, but I never placed an order. I see that it is a membership fee that was not on the initial order screen when I placed the order in November. I looked back and they had since November charged me this fee. I tried to find contact info on the website but there was only an email. I immediately contacted them and a rep got back to me via email. He said if I wanted to cancel my membership all I had to do was reply to his email. I did. Every month, including January, they have charged me $30 and $12.95 over and over again. Every transaction says that it is for shipping insurance or something like that. I have reached out to the company multiple times demanding they cancel it again. Im told it is. I have had to call my bank every time and dispute several transactions. My bank put a block from the company and still charges keep going through. Reading the hidden page on Membership it says one fee and cancel anytime. I am charged multiple and different amounts several times a month and it is never changed.

      I initially gave my debit card information to this company thinking I was going to be purchasing a necklace for ****. The necklace never came and ever since this purchase, and November 2022 they have charged my card $30 and $12.95 just about every week since the initial purchase attempt in November. And every transaction says that it is for shipping insurance. I have reached out to the company multiple times demanding they delete my information with no response. I have had to call my bank and dispute several transactions, and even after getting my bank card changed, these transactions are still going through.

      I order a sunflower necklace from them back in November and never received anything i reached out to them via email and each time i got charged again. I have two extra charges and no product and no matter when i called its all ways busy and you cant talk to anyone directly. So I would like all three payments of ***** each refunded back to me. Order number is ROXC202022
