      Was taken to the Er at Manatee Memorial by ambulance after an auto accident on January 1, 2023. I was asked by EMT what hospital and I said ******** Memorial and was denied my request. I had Severe lacerations to the ****************** and head trauma. Instead of triaging me, I was put in a wheel chair and a nurse rolled me into the waiting room and left me there to wait. There were many more mistakes but I was appalled when I get a notice that I owe over $37,000 for this visit. I was in and out in just 2 hours. Treated absolutely horrible, the doctors dictated notes claimed that they did treatments that were not even done. They stated they washed my wounds and stitched me up. I walked out with my face still covered in blood with glass all over me. None of that was done. I have pictures too. I had 3 Cat scans and was charged $10,000 for each one. Even my primary care physician was appalled at the care I got. Stitches on the face were done horribly. Major concussion, actively vomiting in the waiting room but they documented I had no dizziness, nausea or vomiting. I have ******* ******** but they did not take that information. I never got a **** but yet it was sent to my auto insurance. Not even a detailed ****. I waited 3 months to finally find out my insurance company got the ****. I called and asked them to **** ********. And that the date of birth needed changed so that ******** would pay. They refused. I got a past due **** and I entered my ******** information on the back and the change of date of birth. They still would not ****. Now that Im getting a settlement they are trying to put a claim on it. My auto insurance already paid them $10,000. The ambulance was paid by ******** but hospital will not **** them. I ended up at another hospital 2 days later because they did not treat me correctly. Second hospital did same exact treatment minus the stitches and their **** was only $2800. They also ****ed ******** and got paid.

      The time was June 30, 2021. I was taken to the hospital for some reason to be examined, but instead of going to the emergency room, I sat on a bench in front of the information center at the hospital. The doctor (I'm not sure, probably also a male nurse) came over to ask about my condition and ordered me to be examined. The doctor's ******** was very bad because he ordered me to do tests I didn't want to do at least 3 times by yelling in a threatening tone, but I refused to do them all. Finally the doctor left and I left the hospital. On January 19, 2022, I received a letter from a debt collection agency a few months ago telling me that I owed the hospital $1061 for treatment, account number **********, reference number ************. I was shocked because I didn't even receive a bill from the hospital and then the hospital just passed it on to the debt collection agency. I called and complained to the debt collection agency immediately after I found this out. I was very unhappy with the hospital's approach. First, I did not show up at the emergency room but at the front door of the hospital, and second, I did not undergo any tests or treatment, and then the hospital came to me for money through a debt collection agency, which is medical fraud.

      I could not pay my billl in full 1900.00$I set up a payment schedule and was paying ****** a month got the bill to ******* But than i did not receive billing statments for two months the next bill i recieved was from a collection agency my crediit is 820 I dont know why they didnt warn me about this problem No one there is helpful im 80 yo and ever missed a payment
