  VerdeGo managed by **** which is aware of my immune disorder which I provided a physician note to ***** *********. ***** ********* is the manager of the ********** ******* ********* *********** ****** I purchased the house at ********** ***** due to the services provided by HOA. One of the services is landscaping; including cutting, edging, fertilizing, and weed control. I have sent several emails to Laura regarding pulling weeds. **** instructs the workers to spray Round-Up for weeds. Round-Up is a dangerous chemical and does not control weeds and destroys plants. I sent email to Laura on 10-3; another email on 10-10 requesting the weeds pulled. I have pictures of weeds pulled at other homes in the neighbor. The problem is not the workers; the management of VerdeGo is unprofessional. There is no way VerdeGo is experience and professional landscaping company. The organization does not have the proper equipment to perform the landscaping.

  This email is in response to the complaint (#********) that was recently filed against our company.  The customer’s complaint mentions the use of RoundUp to control weeds, and we do use a similar product, at times, called ****** *** (same active ingredient, but more mild). 

   

  We perform our services to the specifications of our agreements, which in this case the agreement is with the homeowners association, not the homeowner themselves.  If the homeowner would like services separate or above and beyond the scope of the contract, we are usually very happy to oblige those requests, but those requests must be made and approved by the HOA and/or the property management company.

  It is true that we are contracted to detail & weed plant beds twelve times per year (once per month).  Each of these services can include any combination of hand-pulling and spraying of weeds, which depends on the size and type of weeds.  If a resident of the community would like their weeds 100% hand-pulled each month, they would need to contact property management and the HOA to receive approval for those services.

  I am rejecting this response because:Attached are three pictures of the landscaping performed:
  First picture is landscaping being performed at a neighbor’s house; I have additional pictures and videos.I requested a work order to ***** *********, manager of the HOA, not the owner.
  Second picture is grass growing up to my tree in the backyard with no trimming over couple of months.Mulching is occurring second week of November; the grass is going be underneath the mulch; just like last year.
  Third picture is grass clippings left behind after mowing due to not have the equipment to perform the task.
  The organization utilizes Round-Up for weed control.  Round-Up is under lawsuit due to the
  dangerous of the chemical. 
  I pick up my dog’s toys and number #2 to not harm the
  equipment and workers do not have to walk through number #2.
  My dog is always inside when the landscaping is being
  performed.  I have several neighbors that
