In May 2020, BBB contacted this business regarding the following advertising concern "100% Money Back Guarantee: If you're not happy we come back to make it right". BBB requested that the business disclose the terms and conditions that must be met in order to receive a full refund; or alter or remove the statement in question if they do not provide cash refunds. To date, the business responded but did not update the statement or provide further information.
