We moved to the area in July, and finding reputable businesses, new doctors, hairdressers, massage therapists, nail technicians, etc., can be challenging and downright exhausting! I wanted to share a recommendation for anyone looking to have a fence put in (help contain your little ones & ****-kids). After countless hours of research on ****************** waiting days for companies to reach back out to me (and several no responses), I found an excellent company: Outdoor Designs! I can't express how pleased we are with the entire process. They are a small family-owned business that prides itself in customer service. Their response time is impeccable, the quality of work they provide is outstanding, and the level of customer service is out of this world. In case anyone else thinks about getting a fence, screen enclosure, or pavers for their patio, definitely consider Outdoor designs! My parents live next door to us, so we had a conjoined fence put in so my little could safely run back and forth to visit her grandparents. ??They offer a ton of different services! They will also be installing gutters on our home. I have been working with them consecutively over the last 6 months (we were in contact with them before we moved down), and we have an excellent working relationship. They do offer financing and are military-friendly which was very important to us when considering & reviewing quotes. Dog tested & KID approved! ????

We hired Outdoor Designs to build a sidewalk and pave in our pool equipment area. From start to finish, this company was professional, timely, and effecient. About a year ago, we moved into an older home that required several repairs. We've had several contractors (probably 50 to 60) over the last year as we are not handy. Outdoor Designs has probably been my absolute favorite out of all of them. I look forward to working with them again in the future.Outdoor Designs LLC

Funny we had nothing but a terrible experience, and now we are barely 2 years out, only to find that the pergola built wasnt built properly and has already collapsed (because of wood rot / not using pressure treated wood) beyond disappointed. It was a disaster from the beginning, when our original sales person left our project in the hands on someone else and the pergola built wasnt anything near what we discussed originally. It was a mess. Im sure *** is great. I unfortunately never got to meet him, and he didnt even have the professionalism to call Or come assess the damage himself (sad). Make sure you take pics along the building process. Sure glad I did, for our attorneys to see.
UPDATE:
The original service was outsourced and the job was not a representation of Outdoor Designs Work / Quality and they have agreed to FULLY refund our purchase price for the original Pergola. Although a frustrating process, we are pleased that they held themselves accountable and are helping us replace the pergolaOutdoor Designs LLC

I had a great experience with this company. And I say experience ** hiring a contractor is beyond getting the job well done.Their staff was super responsive to our questions and concerns (which were a lot). They were extremely patient with our hesitations (our house is old and our backyard is an underground mystery). Once we decided to go through with the project, they were inmediately on it. As soon as those permits were approved, everything just happened so quickly. Each day I would get a notification of the process and it was executed as planned. They did an amazing job; the porch and insulated roof look great and Im extremely happy. Everyone was very professional- from the people at the office to the people on the job site. Communication was always great (no crickets which Ive had from previous contractors), execution of the job was efficient, it looks neat and well done, and prices were competitive with the market. I would 100% recommend and use them again for future jobs.Outdoor Designs LLC

Found Outdoor Designs after working with several other companies unsuccessfully. They really took the time to fully understand what we wanted (came out for 2 site visits before we committed to anything - both were thorough and lasted a couple hours). Also were willing to work with us on refining the project to fit within our budget. Very responsive any time we had questions and quick to address / fix any concerns or issues without a bunch of back and forth. Were very happy with the finished product. Would definitely recommend and plan to work with these guys again any time we need something done outdoors.Outdoor Designs LLC

I envisioned creating a beautiful backyard oasis and hired a designer to revamp the relaxing backyard design. Taking those designs to Outdoor Designs LLC, they reviewed the renderings and offered a quote that pleased me. Signing a contract in September 2022, we began construction in March 2023 after obtaining permits.
Though there were instances of miscommunication during the process, which proved a bit frustrating, I was ultimately very satisfied after the completion of my project. The team at Outdoor Designs delivers excellent quality work. Their employees are considerate and highly efficient. The tile work for the pavers looks stunning, and the floating pergola is a real standout. Following completion, there were some minor fixes required, but their promptness in addressing and rectifying these issues was commendable. Overall, I would recommend this company to others due to their excellent workmanship, attentive customer service, and exceptional value.Outdoor Designs LLC
