      Today 8 -19-2024 I was contacted by my bank Polish national credit union. They asked me If I had a monthly subscription with ID guard LLC and savers club. I told them I have never heard of them and I never put monthly subscription on my debit card. ID guard was taking ***** and savers club *****. While I was at the bank the bank called for me and canceled. Closed on 8-19-24 confirmation # ******. I called myself to see of they would refund me and said no, you called and setup this subscription yourself and I certainly did not. I asked what the saver club was and they told me it was a "club" where I can save money at ***** Stores. I asked if they sent me this saving card to my home and she said no you have to go online tp get the saving. I have no idea how this company is allowed to exist, and the funny part is ID guard LLC is supposed to be protection for your identity and it seems like I need protection for my identity from ID guard Llc.

      On 7/23/24 an unauthorized charge via a check of $3.49 came out of my account and on 8/15/24 a $44.99 charge via check came out again from ID Guard. I never authorized these charges. When I contacted the merchant, a lady answered. She said I had spoke to someone on 7/22 and I gave my routing number and account number, which I never did. I asked for the recording of the call to be played. She said that could not be done. I asked to cancel, she tried advising about gift cards that i will receive. I asked again to cancel and she would not. I then asked to speak to a manager. She said the manager doesn't take calls. I want all of my money refunded to me. This company is a scam and a fraud and there needs to be a criminal investigation since there is so many complaints of the same.

      On August the 15 My account was debited in the amount of $44.99 from Id guard llc. I have no knowledge of this company and I just disputed two transactions two days ago from different companies that took two withdrawals on August 13,2024. They have deposited checks in my name saying that I authorized these transactions. I have to my knowledge dont remember giving my information for them to debit my account. They have continuously been using different subscriptions to take money out of my account. Using my name to use checks to pay for services that i didnt authorized. I just called this ID guard and this lady is laughing at me saying No you will not get a refund your subscription has been cancelled. I said what subscription? First and foremost if I subscribe to a subscription it would be on a email, letting me know that I have a subscription. I let her know I have not received any information on a subscription. I am asking for a refund from this IDguardllc

      I checked my bank account and saw a check debit for $3.49 cents on 8/7/24. I contacted my bank and reported it as fraud. I contacted ID Guard and spoke to a representative who told me that she was unable to cancel the contract until I received and read their sales package in the mail. I told her I didn't want their service and she said again the she was not going to cancel. I did not order this service, nor did I supply them with my bank account information. I have no idea how they were able to get it.

      I D GUARD ran an electronic check charge through my checking account, in the amount of $ *****, on July 24, 2024. This was done without my knowledge or approval! I DID NOT place ANY type of order from this company ! I want a FULL REFUND of this bogus charge.

      I am filing this complaint on ID Guard LLC and ********** LLC, I believe work together. I had received many emails with saver clubs also. I have never signed for any protection services from these companies.ID Guard LLC, charged $34.99 for nine months.These charges occurred between November 17, 2023 and June 18, 2024, with a total of $ ******. *********** charged me $ ***** on 4/24/2024 and 4/24/2024 When I called ID Guard to tell them , that I had never initiated the checks and I never had such checks and stop this fraud business. I have no idea if they have charged me with different check names with my bank.The lady on the opposite side started confronting me, saying I had personally called for this monthly payments, which I never did. I want the call history that I really called them for their service if they were genuine.The lady was still trying to make me agree for unwanted deals on the phone, and was not proceeding to any cancellation. It was very frustrating as she was trying to involve in an unwanted conversation.I kept on telling I had never called them in my life and stop the further payments. I again called my bank to stop the payments as I never hold any check from my bank.When I have never given my bank information to them or asked for their service. I struggle to meet ends with my needs by what we earn, and these companies rip us without our knowledge.It was only when I received a text message from Bank on June 18, 2024, I messaged back saying I never know about this check payment and please the bank should not proceed with the same. Checks from both companies are same. How is this possible that different companies have identical checks.Lastly, ***** will come back to everyone and ID guard LLC will pay for taking money by fraud checks by innocent people.

      I was signed up for a subscription that I did not authorize and was charged $44.99 on 7/18/24. I just called the customer service number to cancel this non authorized subscription and the representative would not help me.

      On 7-15-24 ID Guard, LLC debited my mother ******'s bank account for $44.99. She has never heard of them and has no idea where they got her information. I would like them to refund the money and never debit her account again

      7-18-24 I checked ***** Fargo acct, which I, ************************* as DPOA/Trustee for my brother, ***********************, manage, he is disabled senior living on his own in *******, **. I noticed several checks drawn on his account not in numeric sequence of his other checks, & 3 I was unable to view. I asked ***** about these checks, he does not usually write checks from his WF account except for rent/internet/cleaning services, all other monthly expenses auto-drafts. I inquired if his wrote these checks - he was unaware of what they were for, & said he did not write any checks for these amounts. I called name DocChat,LLC check website $39.95, latest charge 7-16-24, they informed me ***** signed up for 3 services over ************************************************** & $3.49 June check initial trial offer. He said he called about free gift card offer & they asked him for bank/bday info to get his free gift card. Issues w/agents trying to cancel, said he was disabled, they said ************* could not be canceled. I insisted that he was not aware of signing up for these services, never received the original gift card in as per mailed postcard, received runaround in trying to cancel, but would not refund charges, offered to send e-gift card, finally after several calls to different services w/knowledge I had called before, they cancelled all 3 subscriptions, send email stating they were cancelled. I want to receive refund for charges as they were fraudulently acquired subscriptions. Agents kept wanting me to view savings rewards of $275 @ ******* & other options, resistant to allowing me to cancel future charges, all gave same runaround as read by other people affected by this same 3 company scam. We want to be refunded the charges asap, we are having to change his WF bank *************** fraud ***** will be reporting fraud on all available consumer websites to alert others to same situation as others report so hopefully help others be aware danger to seniors not aware they being scammed.
