      I was a return customer trying to order a new CPAP machine after my doctor had sent over my updated prescription. The sale went through and they charged my card, but the order remained in 'Waiting for prescription' status for more than a week.I tried emailing and calling support, but couldn't get a response. When I finally got through to a human, they said the item had been out of stock for months and they couldn't find my prescription.I asked if they were going to let me know either of those things or return my money at some point, but I was shrugged off. I haven't received my refund yet, but found out I can buy all the same gear for $100 less from ResMed.

      I have been a customer of PHC since 2007 when I first started using a CPAP. Since then it has become harder and harder to reorder supplies. Each time I call, I am asked to call another number because they need additional information. When I call the other number I am put on a lengthy hold, which either results in them telling me they need to fax my doctor for more information or my call getting dropped. When I try to reorder that should trigger an automatic request for my doctor if they need more information. When I talk to my doctor, they complain that they have sent the information to PHC multiple times. I cannot understand why PHC systems are working to badly. The people who work there seem nice enough. Today I informed my doctor that I will no longer use PHC, and asked the doctor to recommend another CPAP supply service.

      This is by far the worst company Ive ever dealt with. CPap supplies ordered in September 2023 constant calls to find out where order is they misplaced it 3 times each time I have to call my primary phys to have the resend prescription and sleep study because theyve lost it. By March 2024 still getting the run around, lies, excuses and blame games. By April Im fed up. Told my doc to get me a different supplier. Preferred home care is incompetent and unworthy of being in business! This company put me through the meat grinder. I have a new supplier who got me all set up within a couple weeks and I have my supplies!

      Normally they deliver my oxygen tanks and supplies as requested. But twice now, they said they would deliver the next day, but didn't. I called at 4:30 pm, just to find out they were out of refill tanks and I would have to wait an extra day. When I asked how someone who was oxygen dependent was supposed to get to a dr appointment without oxygen, I'm told that they are sorry. They don't even care to call and tell you they are out

      Absolutely horrible. My husband was on oxygen from this company in ****** ************** for six months, and we went to the doctor to also get portable oxygen. The doctor put in the order, and I called American Home Patient in ****** five weeks in a row trying to get the status of the portable oxygen. All I ever got was blown off. Finally, I circumvented the incompetent ladies that were taking my calls and went to another employee who did not even work in that department, and he got the problem resolved in a day. I proceeded to complain about the lousy customer service, and two weeks later, I got a call from American Home Patient in ****** stating that they were going to take his oxygen away because he suddenly didn't qualify anymore. We called ******** and ******** said that was a lie. I can't believe they stooped to spite work, but they did. Do not EVER trust this company or anything with the name American Home Patient or Lincare on it!

      Terrible company. Absolutely no care and concern for the patient. Knowing I was c-pap dependent, failed to deliver supplies and failed to notify me for MONTHS. Forced me to buy supplies online despite having insurance. Please avoid this company at all costs!

      This company should not be able to run as an oxygen supplier. Every order we have made has been short at least one tank. This time it was three. The people answering the phone are never friendly. They make it very obvious that they don't care about you. There's no excuse for running a company this way.

      Abusive prices!!! Get what you need at ******. Lincare charges over 50% to 60% for the same products.I will never do business with them again.

      Terrible!! Lincare never has the supplies my mother needs. They replaced her oxygen concentrator with unsafe equipment . The concentrator is so loud we have to move it around the house to sleep and hear anything. The machine is at 70 decibels which is unsafe will cause hearing loss. I called to get replacement in ****** OH and ******** was very rude and hung up on me. I feel sorry for the sick and elderly that have nobody to help them deal with Lincare. Stay away from this company. My opinion is they need to close the doors. They get paid by our insurance company and don't deliver what you need.

      The man that came to our home to service my wife's oxygen machine was very pleasant. He could not be more kind and interested in pleasing us. He took the time needed to answer all our questions. I was impressed. Most people are in a hurry to get in and get out. He took his time and helped us understand the machine. He is from the ****, ** store. THANKS Lincare for taking care of all our oxygen needs.**********
