      Very Unfriendly Staff. Do not care if a person lives or dies as long as they get their money. Painfully long hold time for phone calls. An actual human customer service representative is almost never available. The satellite location in West Springfield MA is not open to customers except by appointment only, which is awful if you live in western Ma. (the main office is 1.2 hr. drive from the Ma state line). The "CPAP Compliance Department" seems to enjoy send threatening letters if you are under the threshold use limit as set by them, and not the insurance company. My overall experience with the whole chain right from the sleep study evaluation to the Medical supplier was terrible, but the medical supplier did not help an already trying situation. Showed a total lack of empathy and understanding.

      Ive been trying to get a ****** for several weeks. They keep telling me theyll be delivered in two days and it has not been delivered as past that time and they tell you again its been two days they hang up on it. It takes forever for somebody to answer the phone why are these people still in business?

      ***********, **. ***** the office manager took my call on Wednesday. She didn't set me up for delivery. If I didn't call after calling WE CARE I would not know the driver didn't have me on schedule. This is a problem every Thursday. Thursday's I call to find out when I'm scheduled and I get a really hard time on the phone. They have to get it together.

      I am in the ******** and needed oxygen upon release from the hospital in October of 2023 - I was hospitalized again in Feb/March of 2024 and rebounded quickly and do not need oxygen any longer. I have been trying for months to have them pick up all this equipment and I am in the final stages of moving from my apartment. I have made so many calls and I guess I am only getting the answering service (doesn't matter the time day/night) and I never get a call back. I will have no choice but to abandon the equipment since I cannot move it with me due to the size. I am so confused by their lack of response. It's like they just don't care at all.

      Been trying to get **** supplies for 4 months now. Excuse after excuse. No call back when requesting a Manager. Escalations ********** just throws it back to the **** **********. They wont let me escalate any higher than a Manager of supplies (who twice now was supposed to call back but has not). Unfortunately my insurance requires the supplies come from this inept company. Ive had to purchase out of pocket from AMAZON but thats way too expensive to keep that up. This is peoples health. Oxygen, ventilators, ****S, etc. We are not ordering Big Macs over here. I need help at night to prevent me to stop breathing. Why do they continue to be allowed to function as an health supplier and where/who is the overseer of companies that are supposed to provide durable medical equipment? The government gets involved when a website crashes preventing people from getting *********************** tickets how about people who need to breathe?

      They would rate zero Stars if that was available. Ever since the merger with the new owner they are absolutely incompetent. I cannot simply get my cpap supplies refilled. They are constantly saying they've reached out to the doctor. And then they asked me if I'm still with the doctor that retired 15 years ago. Total ******

      I am so disgusted with Lincare **********, **. I have tried several times to reason with them to no avail. The one in charge of this office is *****. My doctor and my insurance have approved me for a portable oxygen device so that I an have at least 4 hours of oxygen using one device traveling back to the many doctors I have to go to for my heart and lungs. LINCARE WILL NOT ALLOW ME TO HAVE THIS! Imagine - Lincare who is the respiratory company getting paid for my oxygen - not specialists who guide me through these horrible days. I have to use Lincares small oxygen containers which I have to carry and use 2+ per doctor visit. Or the one on wheels that I have to pull, and I dont even have the energy to walk - let along pull this thing on wheels. When I question why I cant have the portable ***** told me it is a business decision - another is I have to use 8 bottles per month for 3 months and then wait 6-8 weeks to see if they approve me. Another is that the manufacturer of the machines are running behind. I told this girl that I spoke with the manufacturers and they said it is not true. Her response was, well thats what they tell me to say. I need this portable badly and they are very, very expensive to purchase outright.. Is this a gender or age discrimination problem, that needs legal attention, brought about by a small office who has no jurisdiction over my health and what the specialized doctors say that I need?

      I was to have a ****** sent out to me scdueld 4/26 it was supposed to be there by 10 I call back they said now I have to wait till 1-5 pm call back again now I have to wait 2-8:30 pm call again now I have to wait to 10-11:30 pm still no ****** . Stayed up all day night no one calls you someone was supposed to call me back around 6pm that did not even happen. Can't trust this company they lie. Now it's after hours and 30 more minutes till Saturday. Still nothing no ****** no one wants to answer the phone..

      I was supplied oxygen from Lincare when I was discharged from the hospital, set up an account, and was billed monthly. A year later, I was tested and no longer needed oxygen. I stopped the automatic payments from being taken out of my checking account. The next month, they still took out a payment! The following month, they took out another payment, even after I had halted the automatic payments!! Two visits to the local office seemed successful as the ladies were kind, helpful and courteous, but the auto payments continued. A call to the main office in ****** resulted in the rep hanging up on me. A second call took forever, but still nothing was resolved. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!! I'm not sure what to do now. At 82 yrs old, I wonder how many senior citizens are getting ripped off by them, plus what Lincare is making off of *********

      PREFERRED WAS BOUGHT OUT BY LINCARE AND NOW THEY ARE A PAIN TO DEAL WITH. THEY HAD A DISPUTE WITH THE INSURANCE COMPANY I HAD LAST YEAR AND WOULD NOT LET ME ORDER UNTIL THAT WAS FIXED, I HAD TO BUY MY OWN CPAP SUPPLIES. NOW THEY ARE TELLING ME THAT I CAN NO LONGER ORDER QUARTERLY BUT ONLY MONTHLY. BECAUSE I TRAVEL OFTEN I AM NOT ALWAYS ABLE TO RECEIVE THINGS HERE AT HOME. I AM FILLING A COMPLAINT WITH HUMANA TO SEE IF THEY CAN FIND ANOTHER COMPANY TO ORDER FROM AND DROP PREFERRED/LINCARE. I WOULD HAVE GIVEN THE ZERO STARS IF I COULD.
