      Greetings,I pray you are well.They told me that they were bringing me "new equipment." Instead they decided to bring merty an oxygen concentrator with dirty filters and it has an orange light wich means needs service. Then they were overheard by my wife making fun of me. Mind you the two gentlemen that came are known as the top notch employees for this location and business. I also have pictures to prove my statements. Because of their actions, I had to sleep without the equipment because it can't be used. I had to go the entire weekend not being able to use my machine and without oxygen. They said it was new. This is how the treat me. They honestly don't care.I just wanted to let you know. Thanks for your help

      Absolute worst customer service department. I had a 10 year CPAP die on me. I am dependent on this machine for my health. I called on December 20th to order a new machine. I did everything they requested, script, chart notes etc.. No call back or conformation. I had to call 4 times before someone called back on the 30th. Apparently the script was wrong which it wasn't and the chart notes were old which i was not told they had to be current. Corrected this and had resubmitted. Called 5 more times simply asking for confirmation that documents were received. each time a different rep told me they will message the rep handling my account. They wrote urgent on each message. Never called back the entire week. I had to call 3 times on the same day January 6th to finally get a call back. Of course it was at 4:30 PM on a Friday. She claimed the wording was wrong on the chart notes and I would need to be fixed. At this point I am beside myself. I spent hours on the phone, I had to take two days off to acquire these notes and scripts. I just couldn't understand the lack of compassion or even curtesy to simply call back and let me know. I had to obsessively call just to be told it was wrong. The rep was rude, told me she has 100's of customers, told me she doesn't need this and has a wonderful marriage? She had a melt down and claimed she was the victim. Never again and to the 100's of people in the medical industry I will remind them. Apria Healthcare for now on. My recommendation is to not use Lincare.

      This company does not want you to be serviced by an office closest to you.When speaking with them on the phone they don't seem care about your concern.I drove an 1hr one way to get a nose piece for a cpap machine not knowing I could of had this delivered to my home.In the future I will not use Lincare.I feel they think you have no other choice for service.

      Late June 2022 met the criteria for portable Ox concentrator had used 8 tanks portable Oxygen tanks for 3 month . My Dr sent order to them for portal concentrator. Was suppose to receive in a couple months. Well it’s now Jan. 2023 and still no concentrator. Called 4 times today they did not even no phone number for their corporate offices in Florida. Call Corporate Office first woman rude and did not listen to my problem , she called the satilite location but muted me on call the local guy stated records lost due to change in employee’s and they stated would have to go back to my Dr , breathing test again, new order , must use 8 portable tanks for 3 months again. Then the Rude customer service lady hung up on me and local location guy. Called back now someone else looking into this. You must follow up every week with them. Offices do not communicate with each other. Right hand does not no what left hand doing. The Brain does not communicate with either. They sent billing invoices to wrong address many times after telling them several times wrong address and wrote note when sent in payment. They never forget to invoice you for their very POOR service. They call about every month wanting to no if I need order something! I say yes , where my promised Concentrator?? Still None!

      I would give 0 reviews. This company is so horrible and unprofessional with customer service. No one explains to 1st time users the process, that you're renting the cpap machine, dont provide any monthly billing information when the nurse comes out to drop off your equipment and they just expect you to hand over your credit card. I was told by office staff that i didn't need anything in writing regarding a bill and told the coworker who was at my home on 1/3/23, to cancel it and leave. What company does that?? I hope this company get so many bad reviews to shut them down. Their location is on **** ******* *** ********** **.

      My brother has leukemia and was fighting Covid-pneumonia when his CPAP machine broke. He is a LinCare customer but they have only given him the runaround about receiving a new machine. No one answers, no one calls back, no one can tell him when he will get a new one, its absolutely ridiculous! After jumping through every hoop they need you to jump through, they STILL cant deliver. My husband has been waiting 4 months for a new machine as well. This is just ludicrous!

      I am not someone who complains about businesses much. However, I can totally understand why Lincare is NOT affiliated with the BBB. And after reading the many one star reviews, I can relate exactly to the frustration being expressed. I began a long process of trying to get cpap supplies that began months ago. Lots of getting the run around, being told conflicting information, etc. It's like this company just doesn't want to provide the products and customer service they are in business for. After reading about all the billing problems customers have had I have decided it would be better to just stop and do business with another source. I am sorry for all those people with severe medical issues who have had ridiculous delays and experiences with this company. I don't know who ***** is but they don't "CARE"!!!!

      Okay Lincare, thanks for your standard-sounding, precomposed reply. First, why do you even need a WeCare team and a Patient Advocate in the first place if you were providing good service?!Second, why are you not accredited with the BBB, are their standards too high for you?!Third, I have no intention of trying to do business with your company ever again. It's simply not worth the frustration. Seriously, everyone I've ever mentioned Lincare to has had problems dealing with you. As a business why aren't you paying attention to these many complaints? What's going on internally there? I imagine that your employees must work in a chaotic and stressful work atmosphere! Word of mouth is a powerful thing, why would you want such a bad reputation? I for one will never recommend your company to anyone.And fourth, for the success of your business and for the sake of your employees, I simply say, "DO BETTER!!!"

      Worst customer support I have ever encountered.I need a portable oxygen concentrator. I had my Dr ********* one for me and pass that on to Lincare. They received it, but would not fulfill it because they have a policy that says you have to rent their tanks for several months, and use a minimum of 8 tanks a month, before they will fulfill the portable concentrator order. I tried to tell the sales person at Lincare that I have to be mobile for my job and I can't be lugging around a tank everywhere I go. His response was "well, it is on wheels". My response is - well, Inogen makes a great one. You can just keep yours tucked neatly next to your boneheaded policy.

      This business is BEYOND poorly run and a few good employees are left trying to pick up the slack.I don't see a single good review. Perhaps, someday, the owner will read them.
