      Pure worthless company I've been waiting weeks for cpap filters I've been lied to 4 times, being told we shipped them but we care so I've will ship the again, no charge Today in directed to the urgency department Nothing they can do for 10 days from complaint Better part of a year using a known cancer causing CPAP machine and now no clean filters for this machine These people could care less about my health, it's all about lies and money Why hasn't someone shut them down I used to quit them but told I can't quit I'm tied into a 5 year contract Lawyer time is past due I hope people find a decent company , this is not a decent business They apparently train their people to lie to the customer or so it seems, I've been boldly lied to by this company and the service complaint department 5 times this month Expedited complaint department yells me they wait 10 days after complaint is filed before the act, expedited? Really ?Biggest scammers and they are being allowed using that 5 year contract statement I've seen their ratings and I must agree with the majority of the customers when they say 1 - 1.5 AVOID THIS COMPANY EVERYTHING they claim is a lie and I can prove it

      TERRIBLE COMPANY (********** ,**) ******************** sends more items then what you ordered. Then they send a return auth after you BEG for it. Then the company will not credit your account. Then they harass you for payments you do not owe. Someone needs to start a class action law suit. This is theft and harassment. And then they do this all again the second time you order one item: they send three and start the same disrespectful story!

      I keep receiving a bill for products that I didn't order and I returned them in original packaging . I've sent several letters to them saying I don't believe I owe $300.00 plus dollars because I returned everything. My bill comes from Orlando Florida which wasn't even listed here.

      Received my equipment was told there would be a one time charge to credit card after that be billed by ******* we'll not true they automatically started taking out my account when I called and spoke with her today very rude taking there junkie equipment back to them and finding someone else. Terrible customer service and they don't answer the phone

      Everyone needs to report this abuse to their insurance providers!!!! Pass this on!!!!!. I've had their equipment for 5 months and they won't help me. Put you on hold for 30 min. Come on take your information put you on hold again then disconnect you and don't call back. They tell you someone will call you back and that never happens. They have contracts with the insurance companies so that's their boss. Patients should not be treated in such a disrespectful manor. I've got ******** helping me currently.

      I got my CPAP machine in July of 2020. I was told that I would have to make 13 payments of $12.99 and there would be no other charges. I questioned the woman I talked in person with several times, asking if there would possibly be any other charges. I was assured there would be no other charges other than the $12.99 per month for 13 months. About two weeks after I got the machine I received a bill for over $200. When I called (many times) about it no one there knew what the charge was for but still wanted me to pay it. I argued that this was not the deal we made but they told me I still had to pay it, again without explanation for the larger bill.I told the woman on the phone that I would like to return the machine and that I would find one elsewhere. She told me that I could NOT return the machine and that I must pay the charges.I was also told, in our initial meeting, that they would send me replacement masks, hoses, and straps every so often. I don't recall the increments but none of them were longer than a six month wait.A few months later I was expecting a new mask. I called and asked for the and other equipment that I have never received and never got anything sent to me even after two and a half years.I have argued with them many times and been put on hold until the phone just hung up. I have even had them hang up during several calls that I made to them.Now, my CPAP machine is blowing out full power when I try to exhale and the mask collapses when I try to inhale. The settings have changed several times over the two and a half yeas that I have been using it. I have a machine that I cannot use and no one to call for service. This is the short version of the things that took place while doing "business" with this joke of a company. Even if they change the name I will assume that is all that changed and I will never do business with them again. After reading other reviews I can see that I am among many that have been abused by this company.

      If I could,I'd give them 0 stars ! I am waiting since almost 2 years now (it will be 2 years in January 2023) for supplies! My sleep specialist has send them multiple requests and prescriptions,they called and E-Mailed them! I called Optigen multiple times as well! Optigen gladly took the Payment,but never send anything! I complained to TriCare as well! I hope that Optigen Medical looses TriCare's business!

      Waited 6 months to get cpap after having machine for two months called because wasnt getting my supplies and they didnt have half the paperwork I did. Sent someone to my house re did paperwork called to get supplies after still only receiving supplies once that was sent by local office and was told they havent set up my account so cant order supplies. Going into the 5th month having cpap and cant get anything done!! Poor local people dont know what they are doing. Turn over is almost monthly never same people so have to go over everything every time I call Im about done with these idiots.

      The company is horrible. I wish I would have selected a different provider. I have been a customer of Lincare for 5 years now and while our local Portland Oregon office is attentive, they can only help fit new patients with equipment. They don't do any customer servicing after the fact. The customer service numbers on the Lincare website go through endless IVR loops and when you finally get where you expect for service, they can't help you and direct you somewhere else. I can't believe this company can operate with this much confusion internally among their own employees and endless numbers to dial for simple billing questions or help that no one seems to be able to help with (overbilling for equipment not included in my order). I think the company is running a racket and should be investigated for fraudulent insurance billing.
