      On May 12, 2025 Dupont Registry made an unauthorized purchase on my account for subscription renewal to their magazine. I DID NOT authorize this purchase or the subscription renewal. I would like my money back, and why dd you save my credit card information from a transaction made in June of 2024- I did not authorize Dupont Registry to save my card information and use it again to renew a subscription that I did not ask for, this is theft. I did email them on 5/12/2025 the day the transaction was made and asked for them to refund my money and they have not. I would like a refund of my money $89.95

      Cancellation and refund of this subscription occurred on 5/30/25.  Please see the attachment for confirmation.

      Also, there had previously been an auto-renew function on our subscription site.  Before the auto-renewal took place the subscriber was notified.  If the subscriber did not want the auto-renewal, they just needed to notify our fulfillment department and we would not renew.  This took place after the subscription was renewed and the renewal was cancelled and the cost of the subscription has been refunded.  It might take a couple of days depending upon the subscriber's financial institution.

      Better Business Bureau:

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me as they did refund my money. However, I never authorized a renewal of the subscription and I did email DuPont Registry on 5/12/2025 advising them that I no longer wanted the subscription and they auto renewed it anyway. I also don't agree with them keeping customers credit card info on file to make charges on their account a year after the original purchase.

      I renewed my magazine subscription to DuPont registry magazine on 1/19/21 for two years being a long time subscriber .I continued receiving my magazine for 21 but none in 22 so I contacted the magazine office by phone and was advised they would extend my subscription .I then found out several mo the later that the magazine might have been sold .I paid ***** for two years and request either half my money back ,continued subscription to the home magazine ,and or a years subscription to their auto magazine paid in full .Check number **** farmers national bank ******** ** Thanks

      I am rejecting this response because: I paid for both unique ************** and DuPont registry .My check and subscription was for 2 years of DuPont registry magazine which stopped after the first of the year .I have a copy of the check .Please check further .
