5 starsMy 91 year old dad purchased the Miracle Mobility Platinum 8000 Electric Wheel Chair last year from ******* It was one of the best purchases ever! He has loved the product ever since and definitely a pro at getting around. Although I know it's a safety feature, the backup beeping really became an annoyance. With him being hard of hearing, he never realized how often this sound was impacting family and residents at his retirement home. Immediately after reaching out to Customer Support ( *********************** ), I received excellent instructions on how to disable this beep from the control panel. Unlike many other chairs there was no need to clip any internal wires. Great product and wonderful support. You can't go wrong with this wheel chair.Review fromDorothy R

5 starsI'm writing about Miracle Mobility. ********************* and his associates ar4e so easy to deal with.I was looking for a nice, but not too expensive, wheelchair. My COPD has prevented me from taking more than a few steps, while carrying my portable oxygen. Next I moved to a ****** so I could have the ****** do the work of carrying my oxygen machine for me. But after two years even that became difficult for me. I started looking on the internet so I could grasp what these new wheelchairs are about. We checked out 3 or 4 other sellers in the area then we came upon Miracle Mobility. ***, the boss, offered me 60 day trial with a great little number, the 5000. It was on the smaller side, like me and thought it was a great fit. But, using it at home, it did not work well enough for me, on carpeting.Returned that one and moved up to the 9000, which fit like a glove.*** knew what I was looking for and he found it for me I felt comfortable dealing with Miracle Mobility since they do their own repairs, if necessary, right there. 5 starsAfter extensively searching for a power wheelchair, light weight enough that my wife and I could load in the back of our SUV, I purchased an electric Miracle Mobility Wheelchair. A very wise decision. Their staff have been most responsive to my needs. I had a problem with my chair and the **************** Rep responded immediately and solved my issue. I also heard from the President of Miracle Mobility inquiring if my problem had been satisfactorily taken care of. The wheelchair has enabled me to continue doing multiple activities that I could not do without it. The customer service for this company is stellar! I ordered a power chair after much research and when I received it, I found that the chair would not work with my issues because it was a side mount and a front mount is what I really need. I contacted the company and I cannot say enough about the time they took to help me. Not only did they give me a new issue RMA, but also gave helpful advice for what to look for in a chair that would be suitable and how to find a showroom. I've never had such a good experience with any company. I would recommend this company to everyone!Miracle Mobility, LLC

Absolutely the best helpful, friendly and professional customer service I have received in a while.Quick to respond and insure I was well equipped with all the information needed to correctly and safely operate my mobility equipment. The wheelchair is high quality, easy to operate and extremely light weight. While traveling I received many compliments from the flight crew and baggage handlers with the airlines. Even other travelers stopped to comment on the size and response, for which I couldn't help but show off and show them the features and how easy it was to collapse. Not only would I recommend this company and their equipment I would without hesitation Purchase again...Miracle Mobility, LLC

***** in customer sevice is amazing, we had an issue with a power chair right out of the box. ***** sent us a replacment chair immediately and then made all the arraingments to have the other chair shipped back. Their customer service is great to work with. We had an issue with one of the wheelchairs and ***** from Miracle Mobility called us to walk through some trouble shooting and she was very knowledgable about the wheel chair. In the end we were not able to resolve the issue and she scheduled for our defective wheel chair to be picked up and a new one expedited from a warehouse that is relatively closer to my home state so that we could get it faster.If you are not sure if you should be buying from them...I would say just buy it as their products are high quality and support is amazing.Miracle Mobility, LLC
