We booked 3 jetskis for 2 hours for my son's birthday celebration.
The two hour ride was cut in half for no reason other then the guide wanted to leave early. The guide Dana was one of the owners of the company (husband and wife owned business), she was extremely rude and provided no explanation of why she was cutting our ride short.

They never refunded the $210 dollars difference for the 1 hour we lost for 3 jetskis.
I sent messages and called and no customer service. They refuse to refund the difference that is owed.

They never explained that in 1 hour we would spend half of the time following the "guide" around through multiple lakes with only 30 minutes of free riding time.

Very disrespectful and dishonest business practice.

They also encouraged payment through ***** so they don't have to pay taxes.

Fabio, this is pure fiction. You specifically were warned not to go to the shore lines where people docks are. You were given two warnings. The third time I pulled you off. The reason your rental was cut short is for not following the rules per our safety guidelines. What you did could of endangered you. There are old docks that have been cut off at the water line and you could of potentially created harm for yourself. You had 20 minutes left of your rental. I pulled you off for not following those safety guidelines. There is a portion of the lake where we have to go slow because the hurricane we had has risen the water level to the elderly homes. I respect that rule and sorry u didn't like going slow to save the people's homes from flooding. I still stand by this rule as we respect where we ride.
As far as the return of funds. I do not refund monies over someone NOT following the rules. I'm sorry u feel this way about our company.
However telling untruths and trying to cause trouble is infantile to your argument. We run a clean family business and will continue to do so.
    Thank you
    Dana-Owner
