    Complaint: 22824044

I am rejecting this response "we held up warranty agreement. never billed homeowner. directly communicated with homeowner. job was completed. and satisfied."    because: the response is not true.  A bill ******** #***** dated 12-13-24 in the amount of $275) was left on my front porch for the retreatment.  When I called to ask why I was being billed for the retreatment I was told that if I did not pay it, a lien would be placed on my property.  In order to try to rectify the matter, I sent check #*** dated 12/27/2024 in the amount of $125 to ************  ****, the owner, then harangued me multiple times via phone and texts.  **** called me yesterday then left me a nasty text (see attached).  I called my bank today and put a stop payment on check #***.  Based on my experiences, it is my opinion that: (1) The owner of All Pro (****) was a bully and continues to be a bully towards me; and (2) He was/is very unprofessional.

    Sincerely,

    **** Grace ******

What the business owner stated is not true. **** left me a bill on my front porch and tried to coerce me into paying for the retreatment. **** told me he would place lien on my property.
