I will never you this business again because they care more about their agreement than satisfying the customer. Part of the problem is my fault. I was not home at the time my brother signed the agreement. I tried several times to communicate with the local office and the national office; however, the agreement was their main concern. The problem I had with the agreement was the way they serviced my lawn. The agreement states that I would be billed monthly $49 and the lawn gets serviced bi monthly for one year. The agreement was signed in August. My yard stated getting worst in January. So I decided to cancel the agreement. The cancellation was $175. I felt that it was better to pay the cancellation fee. Yet the local or national office didnt try to persuade or make an adjustment to the agreement. My yard was ruined because it required constant attention due to bugs (chinch worms and grubs). This company deserves a F.
