      I hired Top Floor Marketing, a Florida-based SEO firm, to improve SEO performance for The **********************. They advised me to abandon my existing Wix website in favor of a new FREE WordPress site, claiming it was necessary for effective SEO. Trusting their expertise, I agreed. However, shortly after initial onboarding, communication sharply declined. My repeated attempts via email and phone to address unresolved website issues and review SEO access and progress went unanswered. Due to this lack of responsiveness and failure to deliver on promised services, I requested a full refund through ****************. In response, I was directed by ****** ****** (SEO Manager) to speak with "********," the owner. When I contacted ******** on May 1, 2025, he responded unprofessionally, threatening and accusatorially. Top Floor Marketing breached our agreement and provided substandard service. I strongly advise others to proceed with caution before engaging this company.

      Someone from this company call me and offer me a website page she told me that she was able to work on our website she call me so many times and she instead that she was able to do the website she explain that we need it a payment of 1,200$ to work on it I pay her and she begin sending me text message from WhatsApp she told me that she was going to work on the website this was august 19 today is 29 she has not send us anything I have call many times to ask about the process I haven't get anything I have ask for my money back I haven't get anything no website or my money back. I have gotten calls from people that says they are the managers I have ask them to please just give me my money back because I haven't get anything
