    I am filing a complaint against Super Gutter for failing to honor the terms of our agreement and provide the repair services promised under their warranty. On October 9, 2024, I contacted Super Gutter to request a repair for a screen they replaced as part of my patio enclosure. The agreement includes a two-year guarantee for materials and workmanship. Despite multiple follow-ups, the company has not fulfilled its obligations. On October 31, 2024, Super Gutter assured me that someone would be scheduled to complete the repair, but since then, I have received no updates, and no action has been taken. It appears they are prioritizing new customers over addressing issues for existing ones, which feels unprofessional and dismissive. I request that Super Gutter honors their two-year guarantee by promptly scheduling and completing the necessary screen repairs. Additionally, I expect improved communication and follow-through regarding their service commitments. The service agreement explicitly guarantees materials and workmanship for two years. I have made multiple attempts to resolve this matter directly with the company but have not received satisfactory responses or actions. I am disappointed by their lack of communication and poor customer service. This ongoing issue has caused unnecessary frustration and inconvenience, and I expect it to be resolved promptly.

    On May 18 2023 a contract was signed for screen patio enclosure. At this time I put a deposit of $1,000 down. I have been trying to contact the company for over a month to see the status of the installation. I leave voicemail messages and emails with no response. I contacted them successfully this morning and was told they would call back in ten minutes which they never did. I also emailed them to remind them of this call. No response. I contacted **************** to see if a permit was filed which it has not been. I left a voicemail today as well and stated if this issue is not resolved I want my deposit returned and contract cancelled.
