    I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with *** for a home renovation project, and it was a complete disaster from start to finish. Here's a breakdown of the major issues:1. **Terrible Communication:** - I specifically requested windows with privacy glass for the bathroom, but this detail was ignored. - When I pointed out their mistake, they refused to correct it unless I paid the remaining $500, even though the installation was incomplete.2. **Faulty Measurements:** - The initial dimensions were incorrectly measured, resulting in a 2-inch concrete gap above each window. - The sliding door size was also wrong, and I had to cover extra costs to make it work.3. **Low-Quality Products:** - The windows and doors provided are of noticeably poor quality. - The sliding door is difficult to open, and the mosquito net barely functions.4. **Unethical Practices:** - Shockingly, they began work without obtaining the necessary permits. - This neglect of legal requirements is simply unacceptable.5. **Nonexistent Customer Support:** - Post-installation, the windows started to leak, and my attempts to contact the company were completely ignored.Overall, my experience was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I would not recommend their services to anyone. Save yourself the hassle and choose a different company for your home renovation
