    Failure to Complete Paid Job / Lack of Communication Failed Inspection and Lack of Communication from Miami Pergolas Miami Pergolas and ************************* and ******************************* Super Home Solutions DBA Miami Pergolas License RG *************************************************************************** ************ We are seeking an immediate resolution to this issue, which includes:A Full Refund of the $4900.00 deposit A scheduled date for the final inspection by the City of Sunrise.Commencement and completion of the pergola project.Letter that was sent to Miami Pergolas: We are writing to follow up on our previous conversation with ***** on July 23, 2024, concerning the failed inspection on July 10, 2024, due to non-compliance with the City of Sunrise's directions. ***** mentioned that a letter from Calc Engineering was submitted to the City of Sunrise on July 12, 2024, to address the inspection issues. He assured us that someone from the City of Sunrise would come to our home for the final inspection and that Miami Pergolas would commence the project immediately after the inspection.As of today, August 6, 2024, we have not received any communication from Miami Pergolas regarding this matter. Despite numerous calls to sales representatives ***** and ******, as well as several emails and calls to the direct line of Miami Pergolas, we have yet to receive any response or return call from your company. This process has now extended to almost seven months, and we are still without our pergola. The lack of communication and delay in addressing this issue is unacceptable, especially considering we have already paid a deposit of $4,900.00 on February 7, 2024. Check cashed by your company on February 8, 2024. We urgently request a response within the next 24 hours to resolve this matter. If we do not receive a reply within this timeframe, we will have no choice but to take further action.

    To whom it May concern! On February 17, 2024, a salesperson from HOME Solution Miami PERGOLAS visits my home to give me a quote for the work of a pergola in my patio for $4,200 of which I gave them half of $2,100 since said quote includes the permission of the city that the ******************** requires of me and four months have passed and I have not had any response from them since I have gone to the city of ************ to inquire about the permits and they tell me that they have already called twice to the company telling them that the papers they submitted are incomplete because they are missing some information about the architect. I contacted the PERGOLAS company and they continue to drag me out on the matter.
