  Hired Outdoor Kitchen and Pools ls to do my outdoor kitchen on 10/31/2024. It is 4/28/2025 and the job is still not completed. The owner required I prepay for all electrical and tile work back in January along with the equipment. I believe they needed the money and are using money from a subsequent job to pay for my equipment but haven't gotten any new jobs in the interim. Owner says he only works M-TH 8am - 3pm and always says to call the office however there is no office. Also claims to have been featured on television however I can find no record of him, his company, or his appearance on tv.. Eventually found record of lawsuits against him personally. Do your homework

  The customer projected started in December, Mr. ******* was informed it would take 4 months before starting. The customer then added during construction a which we do appreciate: Pizza oven custom build, mosaic on wall special order, border tile on wall. These were different sizes in thickness, outdoor lighting, exterior wall lighting, with all this, it has added 2.5 months to the job. The Pizza oven alone was 40 days; this is custom built on site with mosaic tile. We are right on schedule. As far as payment, he has paid for change orders and the scheduled payment. Which e do appreciate also, but a few of them have come in late. We have even proceeded to build the phase that was late without payment.  We are almost finish, will be done in 2 weeks, completed. The customer was aware of the time. He cannot say anything about the quality or the workmanship of the job. it is hands down a 10. The customer has his own timeline. There was another contractor there before us. They did not do a good job and was taken off the job. We will try to publish a picture, it is beautiful. Which the customer also agrees. He just does not like the timeline.

  This job is now complete, and Ive attached a photo to show the final result. The work turned out beautifully. From what I understand, the customer is satisfied with the quality of the job itselfany concerns seem to be related to the timeline.
  Throughout this project, there have been over 12 change orders. Each one requires time to process, especially when they involve major revisions that essentially restructure the entire scope of work. In construction, changes to plans, specialty material orders, and adjustments along the way inevitably extend timelines.
  That said, weve done our best to work efficiently and complete everything as quickly as possible. We sincerely appreciate the customers cooperation throughout this process and hope they enjoy the finished product for many years to come.
