    Kevin from Certified Outdoor Solutions, LLC came to my home to troubleshoot a portion of landscape lights that were very dim. He advised that they had an hourly rate of $137 to troubleshoot, so I authorized three hours of work through my property manager. After troubleshooting, Kevin believed he found the issue and told my property manager he could fix it for an additional $490. I authorized the additional amount to resolve the issue, and Kevin did not fix or even alleviate the issue. I paid Certified Outdoor Solutions, LLC $954 total today to resolve my landscape lighting issue and still have the same exact issue. After they were paid to fix the issue, they presented other options at additional cost to fix the same issue. When I asked Kevin why I was being charged to resolve an issue that is still unresolved, he advised that he did what he said he would do. He tried explaining the reasons it didn't work to me, but I do not need to know them. That is why I hired an expert.
