    I purchase Retail premium pos system from SpotOn near the end of July.
    The company then got rid of that program and did not inform me. Instead they charged me for equipment, web design etc.. After 2 months of them promising to fix things and get what I had signed up for, I finally spoke with someone who informed me the program no longer existed. After being told that I asked to return the equipment and be refunded what I had been charged so far as I never began using their service.

    At the beginning of October they finally agreed to send me a return label for the equipment and refund me after they received it. It took two weeks and me contacting them multiple times for me to get the promised return label.

    On Monday Oct 16th they received all of the equipment back.

    On Friday October 20th my account was debited $92.50 for a monthly fee to use their service that I never began.

    I have spoken with them again and have once again been promised a refund, and have seen zero proof that refund is being processed.

    So far they have taken $1000 from my account. I can provide bank statements to show this.

    I want assurance they will not debit my account further, and I want my money returned to me.

    I am a small business and the last few months have been very slow losing $1000 has been devastating and causes me to overdraft my account multiple times, because my bills come out just before money is coming in. That $1000 would have prevented that entirely.

    I have about 50 emails and hundreds of text to support this. I've attached all of the text with my SpotOn rep. I can add emails if necessary. It's will take me some time to save them all.
